I came in to pick up my taco they hand me my taco I bite into it something really hard snap my toothbrushed off so I freaking grab it out of my taco and what is it a big old chunk of ice they put in my taco went in there they replaced the taco and gave me a free soda it will last on my check a root canal or whatever I'm going to need it's probably at least a 2 hundred and something dollars. And they were laughing about it like it was okay
This place is about the worst Taco Bell anywhere. They rarely get the order correct and the food has been sitting for who knows how long? The tacos are mushy and split at the bottom because they are pre made and soak up the 'meat' juice, the burritos are shrunk to micro size and more than a few occasions are out of hot, mild, fire or green sauce. If you order without onions, add sour creamer, you have gone beyond the intellectual capabilities of the workers there which all goes back to very bad management. I have purposely driven to a farther location just because this place is really that bad. Sorry I went here again. Thisplace is the armpit of all Taco Bell's
Just go to a different restaurant. The service is terrible CHECK THE WHOLE ORDER EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T MOD, especially if you did mod. I had to look up the menu to get the drink I wanted because the woman at the window didn't know what the breakfast sodas were and kept saying they never existed. My cinnabons also had no cinnamon on them. No really. Just go to a different one, I will now be going out of my way to do the same. The lack of basic competence is genuinely embarrassing because why? Nobody is in line. Just make the order right!
never ever been to a taco bell thats as consistently bad as this one. Almost every time i go here they mess up something different. have been here a lot of times as my boyfriend lives close by and i cannot think of one good experience I've had at this taco bell. If you ever go here, expect that they are going to not listen to you when you order & take down the wrong items, overcharge you, refuse to refund items they charged you for that they are out of, give you the wrong drinks, give you near empty items with just a tiny morsel of meat in them & give you attitude when you ask them to fix stuff. horribly managed. if youre craving taco bell, drive out to another one.
I'm a service tech. This is the first TB kitchen I've been in that didn't have a nasty smell - they actually do a good job here of keeping it clean. So I was willing to order something. Staff were pretty nice, too.
Taco Bell is awesome, because of their ability to remain consistent. The bean burrito today, is exactly the same as the bean burrito was in 1985!
This Taco Bell has great employees that are motivated energetic and customer service seems to be at the top of their concern although I didn't go inside the restaurant it appears very clean and well taken care of and going through the drive-thru is simple and most importantly it was fast.
I know it's only taco bell, but when you ask for sauce and you get non AFTER you verify at the window then that's a problem. When you go back another time and ask for sauce then open the bag to check and there is non and ask for sauce and they basically throw it at you there is a problem. Rude, illiterate and these people want to make 15 dollars an hour?? Try getting a simple order correct.
Some m3th head working here, messed up all the food in our order and took forever to process what we said. If I could give them a zero I would. Asked for chicken instead of beef in the burrito and got steak?? Like brah what you be smokin how do you hear steak in chicken. Also the guy taking the orders was soooo slow that had to resay everything we were ordering cuz he wouldnt add it to our order and instead would tell us to pay and leave.
Tonight 12/2/21 11pm decided to get some fast food long day no time to cook so I hit this taco bell 181 powell. Younger female took my order with a attitude well after getting home 10minutes away realized i only received 1/2 of my order so I called and this young female picks up the phone with a attitude with me trying to explain I only received half of my order she's yelling at me on the phone saying we're not taking orders over the phone so after raising my voice and telling her that's not why I called she in a snobby tone asked me well what do u want then. ? needless to say avoid this location.
