the workers are rude and disrespectful starting with the manager. She's the worse manager ever. Its not even hard to be nice to customers. If you're going to be rude to people that come in then why even work at a place that requires customer service. The two white ladies that work there are both super lazy . My parents went in at 9ish and keep in mind that they close at 10, they started yelling at them to get out because they're closed. I know damn well if they were closed they would have the doors locked. I find this disrespectful just because my parents are Mexican doesn't mean they can treat them however they want. They also laid their hands on them by pushing them out of the door! Never coming back to this place again.
I went in recently and the workers were being rude and said they were closed it was 30 minutes before they’re closing time and there was food still out and they had just gave an order. It’s unfair the way I was treated and probably because I’m a person of color will not be coming back again and I will be taking this matter seriously.

The girl with dark hair and shorter was very pleasant , the larger male needs an attitude adjustment and the other employees were negative. If you can’t be positive in customer service don’t be in customer service trust me I know.I’m in the industry
Awful. This was my first time going inside to order in a while and the vegetables look like they're at the end of their life (tomatoes soggy and limp, lettuce is brown, cucumbers slices have holes and look soggy). The guy behind the counter was rude and as he made my sandwich the bread was not sliced evenly and he just crumpled the meat as he shoved it on my sandwich. The gal in charge of my condiments splatted thick ribbons of mayo and mustard, when I asked for 'easy'. I don't think I'll be coming back. Apparently the sandwich artists all died from COVID, and now there's a bunch of people working who don't care about the product they're turning out.
Went through the drive thru after a 12 hour shift and ordered a Subway Melt. I received a club, and no cheese. I am highly allergic to the roast beef on the club. So, luckily I opened it and looked instead of eating it or you would be paying my hospital bills. Time to train your employees on the different sandwiches. Or at the very least if they do not know they should ask. I took it back and they were apologetic, but seriously, this is not a hard job.
Went through drive-thru. Repeated my order twice. ( foot long turkey sandwich and one chicken salad) when at the window, she asked in person what I wanted on the chicken salad...I said ranch. Got home and I have a turkey salad with mustard and a foot long chicken sandwich with ranch. DON'T GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU. Lethal Weapon movie said it best about going through the drive-thru.
I love subway but they over did the sauce multiple times even if I ask for less sauce.
Great location fantastic employees working the night we stopped, the girl that was there working was top notch one of the best sandwich maker's around. Definitely be returning for more sandwiches.
