Starbucks seriously has the most incompetent employees here… Always trying to double charge your card because they made a mistake sure it drops off in 5-7 business days but it’s still pending on my account and when you’re paycheck to paycheck that’s not acceptable especially when it’s their error and not your own.. i told them I want to use a rewards on my $6.75 drink and what do they do? They use it on my coworkers $5.25 drink even though I specifically told them I wanted to use my reward on my expensive drink not on my coworkers drink… and then they say “oh well we can just void it and redo it” but then they’d have to charge my card twice! sure the pending car charge will fall off buuut… I’m still paycheck to paycheck I can’t afford to wait that 5-7 business days for it to fall off!! This seems to be a reoccurring issue with them. I think Starbucks needs to retrain their employees instead of charging their card 100000 times.

Bestest starbonk in town!! The baristas and service is so friendly!!! I <3 this location!!! So busy and speedy!!! Literally the bestest!!!
This is the best Starbucks! Clearly we all know that the staff at all Starbucks are overly friendly, but these staffers are super sweet in & non forced way! My kiddos love to say hi out the window. They take my order & QUICKLY get it done!!! This is my favorite location. There is another just down the road but it doesn't compare! The other location is always super slow & mess up orders.
I’m giving this Starbucks a 2 stars. I know they have long lines but they handed me my Frappuccino drink and no napkin so as we drove a way drops kept landing on my shirt and I wasn’t happy!! I also asked for double Carmel and all the other Starbucks know what that means but this place doesn’t know what that means. And I paid almost $1 more for coffee here then for Starbucks coffee a couple blocks away at another one and there I don’t get stains on my shirt. I won’t be coming back to this one for a few reasons. The only reason there getting a 2 stars is the guy was friendly.
We had a mobile order and it took a long time to get the drinks. (4 drinks). When we finally got the drinks two were wrong and had to be remade.
If I say the name of a drink wrong, know that's not the time to be snotty in a teaching moment. Drinks where good through.
Was looking forward to the new apple crisp latte Extremely disappointed because it tasted like warm milk with a tiny bit of apple hint . I kept stirring it up hoping the flavor had settled on the bottom. No luck
Pretty good Garlic, onion bagels were toated perfect. I didn't know they charge an extra .75 for each cream?cheese after paying $1.99 for each bagel...too much!!!! But I did get great drinks & ?yes asked for more whipped ?cream to make it pretty, so I could take ?photos & advertise for them...?Yum! ? Love, "D"-Sweet Frappuccino drinker? ??♀️ ?
i’m a coffee lover and starbucks is my go to. we usually order from the starbucks app and pick up our drinks here. i’ve never experienced a wrong order here and the baristas are the sweetest. we make small talk while we wait for our drinks. they can be slow at times but we usually get our drinks fast and are happy with them. <3
