High price but great coffee
I wish I could give 0 stars but they don’t allow that option. The customer service was non existent. And that was after wtg on hold for over 36 min. Then when I finally got thru not only was the girl rude but she lied about the policy. I go to Starbucks everyday and spend anywhere from $10-$30 depending on how many people are with me. Needless to say this will not be my new daily store even though it’s the closest to my new home!!!!!!
Have not bought anything from here in a while. They have some good tasting items, but not sure what I want from them.
I got a cold brew this morning and asked for coconut milk. The batista was too busy talking to her coworker to pay attention to what kind of milk she used. I am VIOLENTLY lactose intolerant and will have to call out of work for the 3 drinks I took in my car before noticing. I will be calling to talk to a supervisor.UPDATE: I spoke with Dawn the manager and she helped fix this situation. She was kind and professional. I WILL be returning due to the help I received.

Does not have wall outlets to plug in phone or laptop to get work done like a traditional coffee shop
The staff are rude, sad and mean. I actually decided not to order from here ever again.
I hate going to this Starbucks. It's in Safeway and the girls always get my drink wrong. It seems they just make whatever they feel like when you order. I've tried giving them a shot too and out of 1w seperate times I went, 1 produced a good drink and it was recent so I hope it starts to change but it just isn't worth coming here anymore. I don't want a guessing game with my order.
One of the best place with beautiful surroundings and ultimate coffee and drinks.
