Amazing service and delicious food. I will most definitely be coming back. My waiter was a sweet older lady that had a brain tumor and she was still so fast and polite I was amazed. 5/5 stars for sure.
Coming here for a bit with my uncle. This last time was the best so far. A lot of turnover with waitstaff and cooks. My uncle is very picky about certain foods. And they did a decent job. Before for ordered a bloody rare steak and there was nothing even rare about it
Definitely don’t go to this location!There are 2 other locations- one 10 minutes to the north and another 10 minutes to the east. Go there instead, they’re way better.This sharis is terrible. It clearly hasn’t been renovated since the 80’s and the service is non existent. With so many other sharis so close by- go to another location
Food was good, however I had to wait even though the app said my order was ready. Also no ketchup for the fries and for almost $12 I would have expected to get more than two tiny fish sticks.
Terrible place, they toke forever to seat us. When a white family came in they were quick to seat and help them out quickly. The waitress even avoided bringing us drinks right away. Catering to the white family that came before us.
Don not go to this Shari’s unless you want your wallet STOLEN!!! I went to this Shari’s on a Saturday afternoon to play some lottery and my wallet was stolen. I have requested that they watch the video footage and they insist that they do not have access to this. A female employee keeps calling my telephone for the person who stole my wallet and then hands him the phone. Why doesn’t she just call the police or tell him to leave the wallet there? Probably because she is also a thief! I will be contacting the owner. I have contacted the Gresham police department and filed a report but they are so overwhelmed that I have to wait for a detective to investigate. This is the WORST Shari’s I have ever visited. It reflects poorly on all of them and I hope it gets shut down
Stood at the door for waiting to be seated ,as all the server's stood out side smoking.10 min, food it was Shari's Prime dip sandwiches ? hot fries Luke warm oilly fries . Water and pop served in to go cups
The service was good by the waitress. She was very friendly and attentive. The food was horrible. We got the benedict which was okay. Got the country fried steak which was dry and the french toast was cold and had sat way to long. The Stuffed hashbrowns had a tiny not of Sour cream and cheese and the chicken quesidilla was cold to the point the cheese was not melted. Not to mention the website is a disaster. You cant get to the Contact page and when you do it does not work. All in all Find another sharis to go to. Not worth the 50 dollar bill for cold food.
I went in here and had a waiter that was super stoked to be there and it was his first day on his own and he was cool very friendly and welcoming I wish I could remember his name but very attentive and kept his area clean and stocked and I liked his energy alot I think he is a great addition to this team!
