This is the second time in a month that we have come here and have waited at least an hour to get seated and another hour to get our food. This last time, however, we waited an hour and finally got called to be seated only to be told that they were closing early and not going to seat anyone because they were short staffed. We got there at 7:45 pm and they told us this at 8:45. We complained so they finally seated us but we waited for our food. On Our first visit they told us they were short staffed too. We used to like coming here. But we will not be returning.

Went with the family, 5 of us for an early dinner. Waited 30+ minutes place was empty. Probably short staffed which is fine and we didn't mind. The men's restroom was out of paper towels and the garbages were overflowing, floor was sticky. They have two main dining areas the center area was disgusting, old food on the floor looks like it hadn't been cleaned since the last dinner service the day before. Finally seated us near the restrooms and we decided to leave. If the front of house is dirty the rest is the same. Won't go back, we don't frequent this type of establishment but we have a 18month old and one on the way so it would have been nice to have a local kid friendly place. Could have just been a really bad day or maybe we walked in during a perfect storm, but I doubt it probably the norm. There was staff sitting or standing that could have been improving the atmosphere by just trying to clean some.

We had almost an hour wait to be seated. The restaurant wasn't full, as a matter of fact there were many empty tables my guess is that they were short staffed. As a former manager, I would say this place could use better management. If I was short staffed I would be on the floor doing everything I could to give my guests the best experience they possibly could have and not throw the burden on the overwhelmed staff. My work comes second to my customers, but I didn't see one management member helping make my experience better here. There was only about 7 onion rings in an order of onion rings, which was disappointing for the price. The meal came slowly but was good once it arrived. The restaurant was clean and so was its parking lot. This wasn't a horrible visit but had a lot of room for improvement.I'm not to the point where I wouldn't recommend this place but don't feel that I can recommend it with the way it's currently run... things would have been better to see a manager scurrying around trying to make things better...

I did a door dash and spoke with Dana, I needed more sauces and I always feel so weird calling and asking. Using a 3rd party like door dash really takes away the customer service portion but Dana really went above and beyond and made sure if there was any problems to call and speak with her and gave me that personal customer service touch. You can’t find good employees like that anymore! 10/10 I have always loved this restaurant and this location. A+ Dana!

What happened to this place? It used to be awesome and it has gone WAY downhill to the point that we wont be going back to the Gresham location anytime soon. Not worth the 3 hr wait. Food was mediocre and our poor waitress was swamped and putting out various fires at other tables. We had to wait for over 30 min to get a table when the place was half empty. Waited for another 20 to 30 min before anyone came to our table to even take drink orders. It took a very long time to get our drinks and food. Had to chase someone down to get drink refills. Just seems to be severely under staffed. Hats off to our waitress though as she was trying her best.

Been going there for ten years. Use to be good then about 5 year ago things changed. The Manager would not give us our free Birthday Burger that they promise. It was so bad that every time we went they would give a different reason why we could not have a free burger. Some times they would argue with you and say that you have to pay for the most expensive one, or give another excuse. Now this last year they do not try to cheat us but the Burgers are TERRIBLE. I will promise you that they are the worse burger experience of any you have had. We never go there unless we get a free burger. I know the burgers are bad but we put up with it until now. Now instead of trying to cheat you they make you wait for up to an hour for your order. And forget about the all you can eat French Fry's, you will get a few then you will probably never see them again unless you ask again and wait a LONG time. The other Red Robbins are not so bad as the Gresham location. I will never come back here even though I will drive a lot further but will get better service and food. NEVER AGAIN. I almost forgot the long wait, they are always under staffed. They are under staffed because the management made that decision. They have always been under staffed, nothing at all to do with the Pandemic. The Big Wigs made this decision and are hoping we will sympathize with them. They only want to save money at our expense. NEVER AGAIN.

My dad and I wanted to take my Elderly aunt out for a nice lunch while in town, and Red Robin sounded great. . . The burger she ordered was pink on the inside, all 3 of our frie orders were cold, my dad's burger was pink inside. This is on top of the fact that 2 tables who sat down after us and ordered after us, got their meal first. We were informed that they were out of fish and crispy chicken of all forms and had not received their delivery. This was by far the worst dining experience at RR I have ever had.

Edited- I reached out to customer service as advised and never heard back. Shocker.I noticed a change in Red Robin’s quality and service around the time they implemented the surveys and pay kiosks. Most of the locations around Oregon are sub par now. However, this location is the worst.I do not know why I keep ordering from this one. Everytime I regret it. Tonight, my fries were basically raw potato. Completely inedible. I also asked for crispy fries.. that was obviously ignored. They forget my dipping sauces, when I called to ask for them, they said they were out. My husbands pizza was freezing cold. Inedible also. My Diet Coke was flat as well. $30 for food we couldn’t eat.I need management to reach out and offer a credit or a refund so I can get my moneys worth at another location. I just don’t get why this location consistently has problems… it makes me so sad as there was once a time I visited Red Robin near weekly.

My Crispy chicken salad was terrible. When I got home, I noticed that the lettuce was old the French fries taste old and the chicken was wet and soft, and taste like they made it the day before. I'm disappointed and I can't believe that. I ate salad at the restaurant a week ago it was great. This time, I don't know what happened to them.

the burger & fries both hot upon serving! nice to have hot food not sitting under a warming light!! yummm
