Ordered through “doordash” app. Nearly choked on the object in picture. Seemed like some packaging wire or something? Definitely caught me off guard. I called the restaurant to inform the “manager” (who seemed clueless and not helpful) incase more of this object was in their coleslaw. Accidents happen, but this is unacceptable. Definitely disappointed with food and customer service. Poor food handling/safety.
Ordered a large Mac and cheese and receive not even a a small size worth. . Half of what I got was burnt. Took 5 tries to get someone on the phone . Poor service and lack of effort. Then got hung up on after I told I would be going back to return and receive a new on . Get better workers . Employees on “21may2022” at 10-30-45 pm need to be reevaluated on their employment
I ordered on the mobile app. Arrived at the appointed time and order was not ready. I noticed that there were at least a 100 pieces of chicken already prepared in their bin. The employee grabbed the oldest prepared chicken which turned out to be cold and wet. Smallest chicken drumstick I have ever seen. chicken pieces are all batter with little meat. Coleslaw was warm and smelled rancid. Threw the food in trash and went to another chicken place that pays homage to Kentucky. Way better price, chicken was hot and cripy, coleslaw was cold. I would not recommend Popeyes at all.
$4.29 for a side of Macaroni??Almost $20.00 for lunch. Chicken Tender meal and a side of Macaroni.Don't get me wrong. I'm far from cheap. But that Macaroni is not worth $4.29!
One of the worst experiences ever! Ordered online for the Gresham store at 5 PM for takeout. At that time no mention was made of take orders needing to go through the drive through. Arrived at 5:40 per website went to the front door which were locked, again no mention of needing to use drive through no signs posted saying such etc. etc. Go in line for the drive through which was another 30 minutes. Arrived at the window waited another 5 min for food which was by then cold. When I asked why no signs on doors or mention to use drive thorough on website, was told too busy. I realize its hard right now to find employees but perhaps the owner should have closed early or put signs up stating to use the drive. Taking that few minutes to do so would have resulted in an understanding customer rather than a dissatisfied customer that will never return.
Don’t come here the blonde girl is super rude and raised her voice at me after I asked her kindly not to definitely going to be talking to someone about this. Worst experience I have ever had at fast food place.
I order a 3 piece leg thigh and wing. I also asked for fresh fries. When I got home, fries were not fresh and they were OLD and they gave me 3 breast. I called 3 times last night they didn’t answer. I called again today and they still didn’t answer. I don’t go to this Popeyes often, but whenever I do. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order.
Worst service I have ever had. DEBBIE is yelling while we walk through the door we have no food and you have 7 minutes to order. Got an 8 piece dinner and it was all wings and 1 breast for 27.00 no biscuits one thing of rice and then I paid extra for things I didn't want 38.63 what a rip off. This pyshco employee had the worst customer service and the experience was horrible. DEBBIE YOU NEED SOME HELP!!!
Usually I love Popeyes but I ask for Mac n cheese, this is what I get from the bag.. would you eat this??
What only knocks this place down is the staff. Generally, not polite even when I’m polite first. Food quality over all at Popeyes is mediocre I guess…hopefully the new competition will open soon nearby.
