Saddest looking stuffed pizza I've ever seen. The kids working here look stressed always. I'm hoping it taste better then it looks. Also wondering why when I used a 25% coupon off $20, my total was 21.99 and it only takes off 1.50?We got a stuffed and a salad. It excluded NYC, specials and Tuesday deals. So I don't know why it doesn't work. Yeah it's $4 extra dollars I'm not saving but it doesn't make any sense. Why give out the coupons.Wish the crew had more support/quality checks. Hope this location doesn't go further down hill.
I order online all of the time. My last 3 to 4 orders were terrible. You pay for extra items and they clearly are not on the pizza. When you say something they argue back and say they are there! Not happy with the service or product... will find a different Papa Murphy's.
They have great pizza, great for parties and get togethers. The line is usually quite long though
They always make the pizzas really good. Definitely order ahead as this location is always extremely busy so be aware of that. Very friendly staff.
Came here with my mother in law. I didn't care for the pizza but it's hard for me to compare with being born and raised on NY Pizza. I wasn't expecting that it had to be fully cooked when you got home. I felt the prices were kind of high for needing to cook my own pizzas.
I ordered online and my pick up time was 30minutes. When I went there there was a line out the door. There was some sort of mix up with their online orders which caused them to be hours behind on their orders. Yes it was a bummer. I had hungry kids and one had to pee and the line was long. BUT once we got to the counter all employees were calm and super helpful and accommodating. Our order hadn’t even came thru their system yet. They could of easily made us wait till it piped up but the manager on shift calmly asked me what I ordered and made it with out a second thought. They were doing a really good job in a highly stressful situation. It was frustrating for a little bit but the way the staff handled it really turned it around for me. I appreciated it and it reminded me to be patient and kind to people.
I want to start this by saying that my mediocre review has nothing to do with the staff or the quality of the food. From what I witnessed in the store the staff was working incredibly hard. I don't think any more people could fit on the line.My frustration has to do with the online ordering system and wait times. Every time I place an order, I wait 30+ minutes after it tells me my order will be ready and it's still never ready when I get there. After paying attention last time I was there, I realized how many orders (in person, phone, online) they were juggling. Clearly there's a disconnect between the online system and the store. That, in my opinion, is a corporate/management problem that needs to be fixed. It sucks for the front line workers who are slammed with grumpy customers.
The employees are really nice and usually quick about making orders. I like that location they are always helpful and nice
This place is great. You can not go wrong with Papa Murphy's. Just don't get the dairy free pizza, you are better off just not getting cheese.
Always get a great deal and made fresh for you.
