It’s hard to give it a 1 star because we love this place and never had anything to complain about. Tonight was the first time that we ever had to wait at least 30 minutes after checking in with the hostess for 2. She did say it’ll be about a 10 to 15 minute wait which was fine no big deal she said okay have a seat and we did. The lobby was full of other couples and groups. After a while everyone got tables and a couple that came in after us got a table before we did. We thought how odd and thought we’d just wait a few more minutes. It’s been about 30 mins and finally another staff member came around looked at the computer screen on the hostess stand and asked if we were just waiting for an order to go or just waiting for someone? Again we thought wow how odd?! We were kinda upset that we had to wait that long and not even put on the list for a table in the first place so we left. They could have at least apologized when we told them we’re gonna leave they just said okay with no care in the world. How rude.
We enjoy coming to this location until today.We had the rudest Hostess!We were escorted to the right of the restaurant in the back room at a table, I asked for a booth, it was 5:30 on a Friday night, we passed 5 empty booths on our way to the back room, with no one waiting to be seated in the lobby and was told very rudely that she could not seat us there, she proceeded to try and seat us anyway.I said again that we would like a booth and she got very snotty telling us it would be an additional 15 minute wait, I told her that would be fine. We all walked back up front and she told the other Hostesses that they want a booth they can wait. While we were waiting they were all making fun of an elderly couple that had arrived waiting for a table they were being unprofessional and totally disrespectful!I almost asked for the Manager to complain but was then seated.Management needs to be mindful of their Hostesses behavior since this is the first employees we come in contact with when entering your establishment.
High food price but not the quality. Ordered the Soup salad and breadstick combo to go curbside pick up . I picked the Zuppa Toscana . Highly disappointed. The kale was not cooked fully nor were the potatoes not sure what happened to the sausage it was non existent . It was extremely bland no flavor. This was my favorite place. Gresham Location
Maybe they are short staff, but waiting to be seated in a 1/2 empty restaurant is never a good start. Slow service, long wait for soup and salad and didn't receive a requested drink refill until ready to leave. No offer to order dessert. This location has never been well managed.
Olive Garden's trademark friendly service was a breath of fresh air after being denied service elsewhere (we don't mask).This Olive Garden was like the rest: Clean, pleasant atmosphere, fantastic service. Being a becon of hospitality in the midst of current craziness made it better than ever.
Love the food, atmosphere, waiters and waitresses. Everyone so helpful and always smiling, I feel very welcome when I go there. Definitely could use bigger tables for the Proportions of food they give lol. Love bringing my kids or just an adult night with my friends.
Love going to Olive Garden. Gresham location. Our family favorite place. It is clean, the staff were very friendly and the service from Jeanette M our server was simply the best. She multi task very well, very kind and super sweet gorgeous girl. She was on top of everything!! Very pleased ?
Olive garden restaurant is moderately fair priced and always delicious. Any of the food there that I have tried is really good. The $5 take home entrees are sweet and are a very good deal....... If I ever have another garden I think I might grow olives in it.
Awesome food just great tasting food a bit pricey...for two people drinks tip 15 percent easy $130.00 or more. Bread is only good when it's fresh after that shelf life well there is not shelf life to the bread sticks.
LOVE car side to go! Always fresh and hot, excellent portion sizes - I can share an entree with my kids or save some for later.
