They need a better system for timing the cooking of their cauliflower crusts, every other time I order one it looks cooked on top but the crust is soft, and grainy when you take a bite and not even that hot. It's a bummer cause i go on my lunch break and they can't just recook your partially cooked pizza, they make it from scratch which is nice but not always time for that.
Mod pizza is pretty great I think that mod pizza is great and amazing and a pretty great place to get a meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner... Pizza goes pretty crazy! I went here once and one of the pizza modders busted it down se*ual style and another one of them said "wow GOATED with the sauce" and I was pretty impressed. Thank you so much more pizza I can't wait to come back here with the cool friends I made along the way :)
Food is great but if you think about it, $11 for a personal pizza is a little over priced. For $13, you can get a large fresh pizza from Papa Murphy which will feed a family or even get 2 $5 frozen Digiorno pizzas at Winco and be able to feed the family and still have leftovers. Love the place just disappointed in the price point.
Kira, Emma, Bianca, And riley we’re so accommodating. I came in right at closing time and Kira offered to make me my pizza even though she was on break. The rest of the crew was understanding and helpful even though they were trying to close down. Big thanks to the night crew!
Pizza yeah its good. The staff is something else not everyone is nice go there like 3 times a month maybe more or less but there's always employees whit bad attitude
Just the right size pizza for one person. I can always have lunch for the next day. Plus you get to have toppings put on with no extra charge.
MOD Pizza is not listening any longer they do not make the recipe for our pizzas that we ordered correctly and we ordered three of them. They add sauce to the pizzas that don't normally get red sauce and they put things on there that we did not order. Each of them were wrong. Very disappointing when we spend almost $30 on three pizzas.No one uses their active listening skills to actually get the order right or read with the proper reading skills to understand the order completely and thoroughly. This is the Gresham location they do not listen they do not pay attention and every time we've stopped there for pizza and we always order three. It is becoming very difficult to get the order right.We like the 122nd and Halsey location much better.
Did not get order right again. This location keeps dropping the ball on my order. I ordered a pizza that was not supposed to have red sauce, as it bothers my stomach. My order was made incorrectly and the pizza had red sauce on it. I had to throw it in the garbage and did not have dinner now. So disappointed in your quality lately and makes me wonder if I should spend my money elsewhere going forward.
Ordered through the app. Showed up a few minutes past estimated ready time and they were just starting to make the order. It appeared that they were training a new employee. I feel that I should not have to wait excessively long for training. Not very happy about the experience.
Happy it wasn’t mostly charred this time, but it seems to have a substantial amount of crust.I agree with others that the staff could stand to be more attentive. I phoned an order in, and I was told to pick up at 1:10. I entered at 1:05 to see if it might be done early. The worker informed me they hadn’t started it yet.It was not a busy day.
