My husband and I had a horrible experience with the drive-thru tonight. The girl at the drive-thru that took our order was extremely rude and asked us to repeat our order four times and then said in a very mean tone, DOLLAR! we left, decided not to order, all we were trying to order was an iced tea. It appeared that the people at the drive through window were laughing at us when we drove off.
Always long line at drive through even I order for mobile pick up. I know you guys remodeling the store but can you make the temporary easy ways for just pick up!!! I’m drying waiting like more than 20 mins. I know my order is already done long time but I have to wait in the line just to say I have to pick up bla bla bla. Please consider about this who is involved with this.I don’t want to be the complainer but don’t have any solutions for this problem. I know you guys professional and your staff maybe overwhelmed with so many orders in that time. But I waited like almost an hour for that 1.38am - 2.35am if I remember collectlyI like the idea before you guy remodeling we picked up the food by just press inter phone in front of your door and tell the oder # then done. We happy like that but since modeling happens what choice we have?1. Maybe considering not to receive the oder for the mobile pickup including DoorDash or Ubereat. Just for now until you finish remodeling.2. May you have the sight for mobile pickup to park and go walk near your drive trough window and waive at your stuffs what oders # is. It’s just temporary. It’s help reduce the traffic it can make everyone happy.
Apparently the staff has no idea or Direction on how to receive payment or deal with customers issues when it comes to the mobile order system which is over 50% of the revenue these days. The only do they take money from you but they gather in the masses it will gladly let you know that you are not going to receive your food even if everybody in line behind you may suffer from the stubbornness that this particular individual has for their food.
Decent food, most staff are friendly. Lots of side conversations and at times they seem annoyed your bothering them. But overall, decent McDonald's. Also, they always mess up or forget atleast 1 item!
Raw burger. Everytime I go to this mcdonalds, something is wrong. Tonight, i take a bite of my burger and the meat is practically raw. Absolutely ridiculous. If you do not have to do not go to this place. I have given it many tries and it keeps screwing up. I will not be going back here.
Besides not caring for McDonald's food which I never have this particular location has very rude people, these are not necessarily young people they're old enough to know how to have good customer service if you're going to be in the business like that obviously training is not a high priority.
Ok food by McDonald's standards, orders here are often wrong though and the wait time is not terrible but this location is always busy during lunch and dinner hours.
This location NEVER includes the sauces on the receipt for mobile orders. And they flat out have ignored us on certain sides of the drive thru. I was sitting for 3-4 minutes with no response so as the other side was moving just fine. I couldn't back up because people were behind me and tried to drive up thinking maybe they couldn't here me and they literally ignored me there as well giving us dirty looks.. I know its fast food and covid times but HOLY COW the level of disrespect i get from this McDonald's and the Taco bell close by is interesting. Happy Holidays Y'all
Long wait for food that is awful. Fries are cold with no salt, u asked for no onions on my burger and a load of me down with extra onions and mustard. The girl taking my order was rude and kept asking is that all for you while I was in the middle of completing my order over and over. I do not recommend this place to anybody I wouldn't even feed it to the Cockroaches or starving people. Every time I go my order has been messed up
Just like any other McDonald's. But this location always seems to have new employees who don't really know what's going on and typically hardly speak any English. So your lucky if you get your order correct.
