Very slow service!! I always put my order in at least 1 to 2 hours early. When I show up at the pick up time they just say it has been picked up already. Everytime!! Then they say we will just remake it with a attitude and make us wait the full 15 to 30 minutes. All employees are in the back joking around like they are at a high school lunch.
It used to be that they were famous for having pizzas ready to go, but now that's not the case, an employer once said the owner to 7/11 we're also the owners to this establishment and that they prohibited from making pizzas to go because of possible waste. But waiting periods could be up to 30 minutes. Unless you order things online. Waiting period is 15
DONT ORDER HERE.THEIR MANAGEMENT HAS SLIPPED. VERY INCONSISTENT. ALMOST HALF THE TIME THERE WERE LESS THAN HALF THE TOPPINGS. TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND HE WAS SLIMY, AND AVOIDED ANSWERING STRAIGHT FORWARD QUESTIONS.
The capacity restriction was not enforced, I basically had to guess when my pizza was done. The staff was very short with me and they said 15 minutes but I spent about 40 minutes waiting. The food itself was the only saving grace.
Don't get me wrong, the food is great. It's just too bad that the last time I ordered for delivery and called their help line (since my order NEVER arrived) they still haven't returned my call or refunded me the $23+ I spent for food that was never delivered.
If you want plenty of food fast, at cost this is your place in and out with friendly staff
Little Caesars is probably the least repulsive of the chain pizza stores. There is something...nostalgic about eating this from when I would get it when I was a child. The pizza is tasty enough. This location is a little slow with prep. Order early. This location makes better pizza than the location off 162 and division.
Survice wasnt great i stood there and waiting to be helped and had to haller at them in the back to get service ! Told me my order wasnt done Nd had about 10 15 mins left so i said alright and walked out turns out the order was done and he came out after me and hollered at me back saying nvm its ready and was upset because i walked outside back to my car. ?
Gladly took my order and $ before telling me it would be 20 minutes to wait. Set my timer for 15 minutes and waited went back in and it had been ready for a while. Good taste but a little irritating. Tons of grease in the crust though.
Used the pizza portal pick up.. had to ask for the missing crazy bread from our order. Everything else was as it should be
