Asked for 2 large Mac and cheeses with my combos and they where getting the order wrong so I had to repeat the order about 5 times until they correctly got 2 large Mac and cheeses. Got me order and there was no Mac and cheese. This gets me very irratated that I had to repeat my order 5 times but they still got it wrong. 4/29/2022 @ 3:30pm
I placed the order thru their app at 10:53 arrived at restaurant at 10:57 waited next to empty window for 5 minutes until finally a person opened and asked "what do you want?" And then they refused to make my food because they are open until 11 ( actually 12) and it's to late now to make the food that was already payed for thru the app told me to call kfc for money return then shut the window in front of me! What customer service is this??? Take money for order and then refuse to make it! Best part is you can't call them no one answers hotline!!! This pure robbery can't get my money can't get my food!! never go to this restaurant they will robe you!!!
The drive through speaker is quite and they can’t sell individual pieces. If you want 4 chicken tenders they charge you for a whole meal because they only sell individuals in 3,6, or 9. Also when I tried to understand what I was getting and what I was paying for she told me she already explained over the speaker and that she only had 1min per car and that was the price, that she was making an exception for me and was just super putout because I just wanted to understand why I was paying for item I wasn’t getting. Super frustrating. This is the second time this has happened.
Got 2 famous bowls lacking in potatos and an extra side of gravy with the consistency of water.. also both bowls had super hard fries mixed in, as well as the extra order of popcorn chicken. Like ... ?? Didn't order fries and definitly didn't order them in my bowl. I also regret pouring the extra gravy in my bowl. I guess if we ever get from this location again we gotta check before eating. ?
I am usually pleased when I order from KFC but not this time. Thought I'd order something different than the standard chicken. I got the original Buffalo wings they were soggy and spicy. Then ordered the chicken sandwich and that too was soggy. Very disappointed ?
I bought a meal that cost 43 dollars..but because I loved the food, I was willing to splurge. However when I opened it up at home..there were no napkins..no butter and honey..the biscuits were obviously old. They were hard and dry...I think kfc has changed the potatoes and gravy recipe also. They were both flavorless and disappointing. The kids that served me were nice enougj...but food was lackluster at best.
I went there for a family meal and was very disappointed. I expected fresh food and got old sitting in a food heater for hours type of food.The mac and cheese was almost brown from how old it was. The macaroni was hard and tasted horrible. The biscuits were not fresh or soft even. The mash potatoes tasted like burnt oil. And the chicken was just so bad like if it was cooked hours ago and reheated in a microwave.
Older guy In Drive threw rushed our order and was just rude about it. Kept interrupting us and asking questions of stuff we already said. Gave us potatoes instead of Mac and cheese like we asked, and gave a normal Crispy sammich Instead of spicy which he even asked which I wanted
The portions of chicken very sometimes quite large pieces sometimes not very much meat on the bone, customer service not the most friendliest going through drive-thru but they are quick.
We ordered from this location from doordash. Everything we ordered had something wrong, and on top of that there was hair in our food. Very unhappy.
