We got the beef bulgogi and before trying it I went and got the 1LB $7 tub of their kimchi and I'm so happy I did. So freaking good, and the beef was super tasty. It comes with an egg and rice with a small side of kimchi. Perfect amount for 1 person or to share. Will try this place again! And I'm having kimchi fried rice tomorrow with what I got. Hehehe.
Absolutely the best spot for food!! Recommend the Kasoy Special soup and torn between the Drunken Noodles or the Bulgogi Beef. Do your local food shop and favor and try them ?

the food was bomb, i thought they sold an items that they ended up not selling but they were willing to work with me to get my needs met! and it was delicious!! the seasoning and everything was on point. thank you!
Ordered the papaya salad. The menu does say that this comes with crab, but they don't mention that the crab legs are small and hard shelled. I could not chew them and had to spit them out. Scattered throughout the salad were other hard pieces of shell, that were hard like a clam shell.The taste of this dish was off, I don't mean to be mean, but its important for people to know that this papaya had the smell and taste of a shell you would find on the beach at low tide.As the meal progressed, I became more and more grossed out and wound up tossing the salad out. This was a waste of 9 dollars plus tip.About an hour later, I am running to the toilet and paying for an overpriced immodium at my clinic's pharmacy.So I would not recommend to anyone the papaya salad, but my coworkers say that the drunken noodles are good. I personally wont be taking anymore chances with Ka Soy
It was my first time to go to the food trucks. I googled it and saw that the drunken noodles were recommended. See my photo of my food and the empty box when I finished eating. Mmmm…It was a good hefty portion that gave a “bang for the buck”. It was cooked up fresh and served hot. I sat at the table by the truck and right away enjoyed the soft tasty noodles with beef and vegetables, it was yummy. The flavor was what I hoped for. See also a pic of the mother daughter team. I’m obsessed with this food cart! My fav place to eat in Gresham. I’d never eaten Laotian food before and now I crave it because Jenny (the owner) is a great cook! My favorites are the drunken noodles, lemongrass beef, kimchi, and milkfish. Everything is fresh and flavorful. She can also make anything keto friendly for you!
