Excellent customer service. I ordered an Italian Night Club on line. I picked up sandwich which was waiting as I walked in. Walked out to my car and unwrapped it. At first bite I knew this was wrong sandwich. Opened it up and it was a Turkey Sandwich, with lettuce, no tomato, no Mayo, nothing. I checked receipt on the bag and sure enough it was mine, my name, my order for Italian Night Club. I took the sandwich back in with receipt. They were super-apologetic, quickly made me the correct sandwich and I was back out the door in less than 5 minutes. Again, as I left I was apologized to.Ate the sandwich and it was great, well made, lots of meats and all the condiments.Thanks for a great experience.
It's been an hour now, still waiting on our freaky fast delivery.UPDATE: after about a 30min wait we called to make sure our order was indeed received. It was and delivery was headed out then with ours and another order as well. After yet another 30min we canceled and just went to bed.
Made an online order, for 445pm at 358pm. To be delivered by 445pm. Look at the app, says they are making it at 450. Says out for delivery at 455. We waited till 538, called the location and they answered with we lost your order. If your gonna go here. Go through the drive through and nothing else. They are not freaky fast in any way shape or form and they constantly mess up orders.
Not freaky fast at all! Placed an online app order for just 2 sandwiches. I arrived 20-30 mins later went through drive through and had to wait another 10-15 mins . The person just before me ordered right at the drive through and they received theirs right away. The car behind me the same. But they made me pull to the side and wait and wait. If you pride yourself on freaky fast and your KIDS are running the show lite a fire under them ! What a waste of my time . This store manager is loosing there grip on the place and it’s going down hill fast. They have no sense of urgency. There were workers just standing around in there.The regional manager needs to have a call !I gave this review 2 stars because at least the food was good. There is some consistency most days.
There was a change in managers and the poor kids left there were understaffed and apparently not 18, they couldn't cut the salami to serve it...They should have never been open under those circumstances.
40 minute wait for a sandwhich. Nice people but wow so slow. Drive three very slow people started to leave due to wait time
Giving an extra star because I am getting reimbursed . . .that said, the worse sandwich I ever bought. The bread was utterly soggy, beyond edible. There was maybe one thin slice of turkey, the rest was pesto and wet bread. How anyone could think this was a legitimate product to sell to customers is beyond me. Will not ever order from Jimmy Johns again. Literally, wet bread and pesto. Unbelievable.
I come here often usually for lunch since it’s one stop light away from my job… last night (02.25.22) I came in probably between 7:30-8pm after the gym. Went to the drive thru they were very hard to hear and I kept having to repeat myself. When I got to the window the male said my card declined, which is weird because I just got paid and used my card at the gym prior. Tried another card he said it declined again. Not possible. As both cards 100% had sufficient funds. Asked if it’s maybe their system because in the past when I’ve come in the manager has said they’ve had issues with their system and have had to use another register to process my transaction… the gentleman got a manager for me, the MoD appeared to be a kid he has a purple (I believe Amethyst) necklace on. I started to try to explain the issue and he kept interrupting me. I tried asking how we solve the issue if he doesn’t let me talk and he said “we don’t” and slammed the window in my face. What did I do to deserve that kinda treatment? No clue. Waited for about 10 minutes finally was able to pay cash but nothing was resolved and no apology was given for that unjustified treatment especially from a regular customer. I went to the gas station and used my card that “kept declining” just fine after getting my food from jimmy johns… today I visited my bank and they said there was no transaction attempted from jimmy johns last night from jimmy johns. They assured me it would have shown if the card was run and they did not see any charges even attempted… 0/5 stars.
Ordered sandwiches over an hour ago and we are just now getting a call that they only had one driver and that the driver went home sick. Next time please call customers sooner so they can come pick up their food instead of waiting over an hour!
Waited more than 15 minutes for my order, fountain drink tasted like sanitizer. Asked for napkins and didn’t get any. This place needs some work.
