I go to this location more often than others with decent customer service. But today the cashier Was very rude, Asked me my order 3x while I was giving it to her, Dropped My change on the ground with no regard, Failed to provide my drink and than I sat at the window for 5min waiting for her to realize I was there for a straw. idk what is going on. Lady has 1 job.
The little quote up above from the owner is obviously total bull.For some reason i decided to go inside instead the drive thru today and all i was gonna get was a couple tacos.No manager was on duty and the girl making the food wasnt wearing any gloves and was putting food directly on the steel counter.Swear like we're so scared of the pandemic we cant breathe the same air or touch surfaces with our skin..but apparently its totally fine to eat off the countertop and let other people put their bare fingers all over our food.
Drove all the way to this location from Vancouver Washington so that I can enjoy a chicken teriyaki bowl is the only Jack in the Box left open in the city of Portland Oregon I arrived they did not have it boo!! Shame!
Food was good as usual but I don't know if everyone is just burned out but the employees seemed like they were just going through the motions. They didn't seem like they wanted to be there or cared at all.
This is the BEST Jack in the Box in the Portland Metro area. Others around here do not honor the all day menu. Which is messed up considering the fact that the all day menu is Jack's claim to fame. ?♀️ Anyway! This AMAZING team are smart, friendly and accurate. You get what you need EVERY single time. I will travel MILES out of my way to order here. Give these people raises and promotions ❤? seriously though.
Not the best experience. Ordered a meal, they filled the drink up about an inch below the top and put the lid on. Had to ask them to fill all the way. Took my credit card and kept it the entire time the entire meal was being prepared, in fact they gave me the meal and still had my credit card. Had to ask for it back. Normally the food there is good, but had the chicken sandwich and it was overcooked and not appealing. Fries were hot, but not seasoned at all and lacked any flavor.
So I normally don't have an issue with this location. This last visit was awful. I'm never going to this location again. They got our order wrong. Multiple times we repeated ourselves approximately 8 times and she just rushed us and messed it up. I understand being busy but you should focus on quality of customer service and train better. They only had a few cars and nobody was behind us. If you can't understand then ask another employee to take over. Food didn't taste good this time either super super greasy. Definitely not happy with the manager that didn't try to fix the situation. She talked over me and said well we can't help you. I'm willing to pay what I was supposed to to get the order I wanted. Idk but be careful when going through here. Read the screen carefully and look through the bag before you leave.

Went for breakfast this morning. Asked for the meat lovers burrito with no sauce. I was told it doesnt have any sauce dont worry about it. I know it comes with a sauce that upsets my kids stomach. Guess what, it had sauce on it. Not mad, just what I expected from a person willing to argue about it when it's a condiment that has always went on the item. Mental note to skip location because paying 30 dollars for breakfast should be what I asked for and not have to stop elsewhere to feed my kid before heading out of town. Very innocent.
Slowest drive thru I've ever been in. Food is alright but there are better choices.
