I can't give this place a score higher than I'd give a Shari's or Black Bear Dinner. It just wasn't anything more than "food".I'm not even going to knock the fact our server forgot parts of both entree's that were ordered.I did find the whole place fascinating. Gift shop, wait staff outfits, decor that screams 1982.If you're in the area, sure, give it a try, but I can't recommend making a special trip.
The beef stroganoff was excellent. Wait staff freindly and attentive.
Super fun Dutch themed restaurant! Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, variety of menu choices. The waitress brought my friend cake and helped us sing happy birthday. It also has a nice gift shop attached to it.
Large classic style diner with familiar and tasty dishes. A great spot for breakfast and lunch, with friendly service, many menu options, and a cute gift shop and bakery goods to check out at the end.

After 2 days of road closures and not being able to make it to our final destination of Mount Hood we needed a place to go sit and cry into our waffles and this place beyond fit the bill.Seriously these were absolutely delicious Belgian waffles and I had eggs over easy that were cooked to perfection.One word of advice my wife originally had gotten their French toast but it appears that they batter their toast after they do the egg wash so it gives it a thicker crunchier texture which may be appealing to some but she absolutely did not like it and she's pretty familiar with a lot of different French toast varieties so she wound up going with another waffle. The staff was awesome and took the French toast off the bill since she didn't like it.So overall top notch service great great food we had a nice breakfast and even though something didn't taste well it's not that it was prepared bad it's just a flavor choice or a texture choice that's all we will absolutely go back.
So so so good. Best Belgian waffle I ever had. Homemade bread is a slice heaven. Chicken fried steak is melt in your mouth delicious. You need this.
You may want to check your order if you are doing takeout. It’s pretty disappointing when part of it is missing. They only offered excuses (they were busy and stuff like that happens), and a free piece of the missing cornbread the next time I come in.
Great food great staff great atmosphere
Great food, good service/ depending on traffic. I think they're experiencing staffing issues like everyone else and so on a busy Saturday or Sunday morning service takes a hit, but its never really bad either. We've been 3 times now and have not walked away unhappy at all. Fat, full and smiling.
