I get their pizza once in a while. And its always good one day I ordered on the phone. I'd notice its was little noise on both ends . When I got the pizza later it was a smaller size then what I ordered. So they apologized and made me the same one . Only the biggest they make . And on top of that they gave me the other for free. I offered to pay for the other one but they didn't want me to . So this brought me to a confusing point because it was a mistake they made it was on them . But I'm happy that they do care about the customers and with good service. And ill be going back more often I don't expect free pizza every time ???
This is my personal favorite pizza on the planet so this rating is because they were having an off night.. The crust was so hard that it was barely edible and even though I ordered a combo 1, it was lacking the green bell peppers, onions ect that I was craving. On another note, we drove 45 min to this same location in Gresham the night prior to this and arrived at 7:02pm only to be told that they stop taking orders at 7pm.. The website says open til 10pm and takeout until 8 pm.. Updating the website to inform the public of the 7 pm cut off would be nice.
Ordered by phone went to pick up they had no pizza made. No order or no ideal what was going on! Tried to make it better by up sizing the pizza waited another 25 minutes, got pizza went home. Tried to eat it and it was not cooked!
If I could give negative stars I would this place is horrible. Had an undercooked pizza and brought it back. Asked for a refund and they said they would give me store credit. Tried to use the store credit and they lied and said I didn’t have the credit.I’m now out the value of a large pizza I didn’t even eat when I brought the whole pizza back for it being under cooked. I could understand if I was never given the credit but they gave me the store credit said all they needed to do was write it down and keep it in their register and it would be honored. I have never had a business be this dishonest. Im not use to raising my voice these days but in this situation these employees are out there . I was so blindsided by the treatment I received. Don’t go here if you expect honesty. Oh and the manager who’s name is Karen kept pulling down and not wearing a mask while in the kitchen prepping food that night. Violating current mask mandates while she is prepping your food. They undercook food too so who knows what other violations they are committing. They tried to make me seem like a bad customer when they are very very dishonest. Disappointing anyone would want their business run this way. The customer is not always right but in this situation I was definitely lied to and they embarrassed me when they lied about the store credit I had on account and said they wouldn’t give it.
One of the best pizza place I know, they load the pizza with lots of topping which make it delicious ??
Had great pizza and wings here. They had a family special which was a steal. If your in Portland need ti try it out.
Had a Birthday get together for family for 2 Grandkids. Was very impressed that when I called the pizzas in early that they remembered me and had all facts correct from a short call a few weeks earlier. Great service and they partitioned off an area. Great place for a get together. Great Pizza
The pizza is good. Many of the customers were being annoying and stressing out the workers here. Please be nice fellow customers. They are trying their best!
One of the best pizzas you can get anywhere love the classic cupped pepperonis and the sausage is to die for.
