I was a Line Cook at this restaurant in the 80'sWe had good folks lined up 3 to 5 blocks coming to have Sunday BrunchI was the Egg cook and I worked with Mr Bob ElmerGreat Job until the dishwashers had a water fight late one night and I had the big pan of hot cracklins and grease to empty out back and clean the deep fat fryer as we did every nightI had some blisters on my face from the little bit of oil that splattered on me. I threw the pan as far as I could before I landed on my tailboneIt's all good thoughIt ended my cooking career? Bonnie Lee ParkerLoved my jobLoved the people I worked with

Outstanding customer service and utterly amazing food. The bacon is soooo good. One of, if not the best bacon I've ever had. French toast tastes like your Mom or Grandma made it. Top notch. I would recommend this place any day, any time. This is like the breakfast restaurants/diners you always think about and hear about when you think of old school cooking. Tastes like homemade.Prices are what they should be, which is impressive considering restaurants all over are jacking up prices. Not here. This hit the spot and I can't wait for when I am in town again so I can stop by.10/10

Really long Waits For Stuff you can get in Navy right there and then order the table back took a long time then when you want to get a second cup of coffee it would take like 40 minutes show times to get a cup of coffee so s cup is like forever, can you get a third took forever. Then he's been one up at miss you come back on my taxes 1/2 cups / 2. It makes sense I shudder at the party in the back but there was more than one like her so I don't know it wasn't more than that all and nothing good on our way that good that is the status of hanging hammock but I don't deserve it for good

Ok price, inconsistent food quality and portion size.

Absolutely horrible. Service has gone down hill and now they don't do pick up orders.. With covid going around you think they would have pick up for customers.. Heidi's still offers great service and has take out orders for customers. Highly recommend going there instead.

food is good and my family loved it

Food was decent and arrived in good time. Waitress really seemed like she was having a bad dat or really didnt care much for her job, even dropped off the obviosuly wrong ticket at checkout (we were a party of 2, 1 being a kiddo) and the ticket dropped off was for a table of atleast 8 (due to being 8 entrees amd 3 appetizers on the ticket)

My husband and I wanted to go there for lunch. He ordered the cobb salad and I had the lighter fare wild Alaskan cod. with the clam chowder. When they brought the chowder they told me they were out of soup spoons and I would have to use the little one. When the food came out they gave him the Dungeness crab salad. instead of the cobb ordered. Mine was good with the exception of a very tough piece of broccoli that I couldn't even cut with my knife. Also once our waitress brought us our food we never saw her again.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on a Tuesday morning . The menu has the usual breakfast favorites and a number of specialties. The service was quick and attentive the food was good but not great.better than many breakfast places. The staff is exceptionally friendly. I'd go back again for sure.

We enjoyed a great German Pancake, Omelette and a Reuben Sandwich at the same meal. I appreciate that breakfast and lunch hours are not exclusive.
