Been coming here for years and always had great service and good coffee.Was disappointed today when I pulled up and sat at the window for 30 seconds while they had a conversation before being said hello to. Made me feel like I was interrupting. After taking my order going back to the conversation taking another 30 seconds to make my coffee, still fine with this as most dutch employees are very social. After getting my coffee though and getting on the road I find out my coffee is luke warm at best ?
I tried to go here for my birthday drink and tried to show them my id for my free birthday drink and said I had to have a app I’ve never gone through this at any other store I will never go back to this location again!
They were really busy, it took a while to get our coffee. They were nice.
Worst Dutch Bros in Gresham, rarely get drink orders correct, continue to get them wrong when asked to remake it, and then refuse to listen that they're making the wrong drinks. Employees are standoffish.

It was our first time ever going to a Dutch Bros and it was amazing! Everyone was just so nice and personal. We have converted over! We visited a few others and in different states and it was more of the same!
You may spend some time sitting in line, but the employees here are always really fast at getting orders out.
I'm disappointed still, I can't reuse my mug nor do they offer Stamp cards anymore. They don't even have to touch the card to stamp it!!
I did not receive the drink I ordered. The muffin top I ordered was not the one that was passed out the window.
Been going here over 2 years now and not one complaint. It seems like a lot of people have issues with the long lines and then they complain about the service or that the drinks are bad. Well this is a busy location and the long lines are an indication that they are doing something right. Busy is good. Never had a bad drink here and also the service is outstanding every time I visit them.
