Ordered online, when I showed up, they had forgotten to put my food in the oven, or accidentally sent it out on delivery to somebody else. Didn't offer anything for the inconveniences they created. The manager was rude as hell to me. Avoid this pizza place and just get pizza hut instead. Which is conveniently just a block away. Will not be getting food from this establishment any time in the foreseeable future.
Ordered at 6:00pm and food came at 7:35pm. Not bad but wish app didn’t tell you 30-50 minutes. Order instructions to only half meat on half the pizza wasn’t listened to, yes I was given more meat but when you have picky kids it makes it difficult. Delivery driver Jordan was very sweet, listened to my delivery note that I needed $20 back in change.Not the worst Domino’s experience I’ve had, just won’t expect my food fast next time.
They just seem like they don't want to make pizza orders. The system was down it was almost like they were happy about that, she couldn't give me am estimate of when I should come back to place an order for a pizza. She just said idk. It wasn't her fault the system was down but it just seemed like she didn't want to put in too much effort to get back up and running again so people could order some delicious Domino's. So unfortunate I really wanted some, maybe next time.
If you value your time at all, don’t bother. 2 hours late the first time ordering for delivery. Tried pickup the next time… the order wasn’t ready, they said come back in 15 minutes, can back, was told to wait 15 more minutes. Overall more than an hour late.
After a fun night dt Pdx & hungry my friend called for an order. Service was 10/10 & we were excited for pizza night. Order was made and we hang up. Not even 2 mins later “a dominos calls shows up on his screen” and it’s the person who took our order and says “sorry we have to cancel your order. We don’t have enough people or time to make it” mind you it was 40-30 mins before they closed. No other option was given . My friend being a good person says, “ooh it’s okay” this was on Monday. We ended up taking our $ to MC. D’s thanks Ronald for not letting us down ??? I don’t ever mind a cold sprint from there anyways. Good luck to THIS LOCATION. Service still a 10/10 lmfaoooo
By that far worst.. I didn’t believe the bad reviews, but I ordered yesterday and it took 2 hours.. ordered again today maybe thinking caught them at a bad time .. but once again I’m waiting 2 hours for a pizza going on 3… get it together guys
They got my order wrong. I had ordered the brownies but got some cinnamon thing. Which was not that good. One of pizzas looked good like always. The second pizza looked burnt. The people were very nice though. I did not look at my order til I got home. So could not do anything about it
The thin crust is delicious! One of my family's new go-to for dinner at least once a week.
Counter Service- seemed like we were interrupting them and they were to busy to get our order. First we called for a delivery and then had to go pick up our order after the app showed it was on the way. Waited over an hour and then called the store to be informed it would be another 35 minutes before it would even be out for delivery. We offered to come pick it up instead of waiting, only ones in the store when we get there and it took 12 minutes for someone to help us. Then they couldn't find the order and it was another 22 minutes to get it to the service counter.I like the pizza and stuffed bread but may look for another option for next order.
Very rude answering service waited an hour didn't get up I called back again. The Dominoes they were even router hung up on us never ended up getting any pizza
