I really enjoy the food and the customer service is great, but unfortunately almost every single time I come here there’s some sort of error with my food. Typically it’s just the toppings on the burger that are wrong, but this time half of my food was missing, the only food I had ordered was a corndog and fries and the person taking my order was actually helpful and made it a combo meal for me. I had to turn back around once I realized they had only given me half of my order and had to wait 10 minutes behind a single car just to get my fries. I already have a difficult time ordering food due to anxiety and having to come back due to the employees errors doesn’t make it any easier. I will give the very nice young lady who was cooking, not the one at the window, credit as she offered me a milkshake for my wait, but I had already gotten one with the one food item they managed to give me so I ended up just taking my tip back from when I first came through. PLEASE train the employees to pay better attention to the orders as these are easily avoidable problems.
If you haven’t checked out Dea’s since the renovation do yourself a favor and go enjoy a long burger. Same great food with some added extras on the menu for everyone and such a great fun filled and clean environment. The renovation in the bar area and patio is top notch with added video poker machines and all and the restaurant is next can’t wait! If your looking for good food and good atmosphere look no further than this nostalgic gem.
This place was just king of meh. I had their ham and cheese sandwich, disappointed. Fried mushrooms are all batter. Even the milkshakes were that low end soft serve ice cream with flavoring added. The lady that served us was on point. When she wasn't serving someone she was cleaning different areas of the bar. She was the only reason this place rated 2 stars. So server, great. Food, meh.
Traditionell Restaurant in Gresham, which my Mom recommended me. She has been there in the 90s, and it’s still there. Food was very delicious ? Looking forward to my next travels, will stop by for sure!
Perfect after timberline or snowboarding food buns were butterd and tasted to perfection bacon was crisp, frest tomato sliced on top oh my, the patties just like dad used to make perfect. i had the curly fries; that were on point.. Full bar in the back, with signs about a patio area opening soon. Full marks on interior, paint looks fresh large tvs on the walls,, didnt have time to note the micro brew selection, or take pics of my meal but it was worth every penny!
Drive thru and the bar are open, the main restaurant dining room is closed(as of 12/12/21).Took my husband for his first Dee’s long burger, both agree it was good (though wasn’t as good as I remember from growing up). Bartender was super nice and friendly.
Sadly it just isn't as good as it use to be. The bar was drab and boring looking. Burgers were dry, fries tasted like fish, soda was flat. Use to order a large fry and a large drink and they would be huge. This time we ordered larges and got super tiny portions. Very sad, miss the old Dea's. My hubby and I would go almost every weekend. This was the first time we have vistited in about a year and we were very disappointed.
Never had dined in the bar before but the restaurant appeared to be getting renovated. All I can say is we definitely recommend! We had the original long burger (Dea's classic since 1953) and a chili dog.
Nice friendly place check it out you'll like it
Wow, the new owners took a long-time tradition in Gresham and did an awesome job on an interior 'face-lift'. The food (long burger) that we've all enjoyed over all these years hasn't lost any flavor. ....STILL outstanding. The service is fantastic as well, with a 'sincere' caring attitude. They really DO care about your enjoyment while there. Highly recommend Dea's!!
