I usually love coming but tonight it was super busy and right when we got up to the counter to pay the debit machine was broke and they were only accepting cash so they held onto our ice cream and we went to find a bank needless to say after this my ice cream was really melted and the whole situation was frustrating but things happen so maybe it was just a bad night for them. I think next time I will go on a week day so it isn't as busy and hopefully it will be better...
Two out of two time my on-line order was messed up. First they neglected to include the waffle bowl. Second they gave me two pints instead of two quarts and they also forgot the waffle bowl again. I tried calling several times with no success so I drove up and demanded my money back. It's a shame they can't follow simple instructions.
Why, do I have to pay for my Ice cream before it ready? I thought part of the Cold Stone experience is watching them mix your Ice cream? When we are being rushed to pay, and we can't see what their doing to our Ice cream. Makes me kinda nervous.
Had a BOGO for my wife's birthday and the staff wouldn't help us redeem it

I order online and 4 out of 5 times either something is missing like waffle bowl that I ordered with my ice cream or there is almost nothing in it. but sometimes it's just so good with everything I asked for. I really wanna eat it but also very concerned about ordering from this store.
The staff are very helpful, kind and patient.
We regret coming here for the last two times. The products are always served as melted, I think that they should be kept in the freezer when the preparation is finished, since we have given the order in advance. the last time we said the mixture in the largest bowl, an ice cream could be made that bad. I'm sorry but you don't appreciate it. my score for you 1
My husband and I love going out for Ice-cream and coldstone is always a fun stop. The last few times we've been though have just been so-so. They've messed up the order & last time the Ice-cream was almost melty soft. It's just been an alright experience the last couple times. Hopefully it will be better in the future! They still have yummy Ice-cream.
Great ice cream. They were out of chocolate chips but they made up for it with extra Oreos so I was happy.
