This has to be the dirtiest store as well as the rudest team members. If I ran this Chipotle, it would be the best around. High turnover and closed for indoor a lot of the time or online orders only. Signs posted are not clear and say digital only. They do not specify hours or anything on the sign when they’re not serving indoors. Management should be aware how awful this one is. We go to Happy Valley because this one is so dirty, customer service is horrible, and they’re slow. I normally don’t post reviews like this, but this is long over due. Need management there at all times! Time to fix it!
They never pay attention to the details on orders and they are very slow. Almost every time I have done a to-go order in the past couple years, they have been wrong and it has taken about 30 minutes longer than expected. I used to love chipotle but I’m so tired of dealing with the poor service and poor management and poor set up at this location. I don’t have a complicated order but they can’t seem to follow basic instructions.
Me and my Boyfriend eat at this Chipotle very often and have for a year and a half now. I am driven to make a review because I love their food so much but I have such a hard time with getting it. It seems like there is a 50% chance of any these thing happening... Wrong orders, wrong food, wrong ingredients, poorly made food, stale overcook in dirty oil chips, preclosing very early, being closed when other Chipotles aren't for inaxplicable reasons without proper sinage on the door, not having most good drink options full so you can't even get the drink you want after you already payed for it unless you wait for them to make it which should have been done in the morning, bathrooms that seemingly open and close day to day... Seems like management doesn't care much or at least doesn't know how bad it is but with how many complaints we've given to support and how many free entrees we've gotten from them because of mishaps I doubt they haven't heard anything about it unless we are just the only unlucky couple and the odds one out in our experiences.Sincerely hope they just QC and prep their food better and don't make any more walls of stale precooked chips made in old oil in their building. It's a love hate relationshipEdit: Almost forgot to say, I DON'T EVEN WANT ANY MORE FREE ENTREES. All I want is for my complaints to be taken seriously and for the food to be improved.
Please don’t sell food if it’s out of order I need my refund also don’t work here if u don’t like working with food choose a different career.
I have reached my limit on this place.. Website says they are open and they are not. It says they open at 10:45 and you arrive at 11:30 and the door is locked and the people inside ignore you and there are no signs on the door to explain why they are not open. Then the next time you try to go there, a sign is on the door saying they are only taking on-line orders. The food is wonderful, but it just isn't worth the hassle to not have any idea what the management of this place is going to do next. Very unreliable
Forty minutes late with our online order, meanwhile people walk in and order and walk out in five minutes. Food was cold, missing a taco, pork carnitas salad bowl tasted like mold, couldn't eat it. Usually really good food, not even close this time.
It appears the Uber eats and other mobile orders are more important than customers that show up in person so chipotle should just go to take out only and online orders. I don't eat here enough to download your stupid app and if I'm in the neighborhood and see one and decide I want to eat there,it should not take me waiting in line over 15 min with only two people in front of me to get my order taken. Lot of people working on this day, but only two people making food and they were focusing on mobile orders. I'll find another place eat going forward and I'd suggest you do the same. Inside of the restaurant was dirty with people focused on mobile orders instead of cleaning and serving customers right in front of them.
Oregon mountain views look tranquil. Chipotle is on my mind. What I love about this restaurant I am able to see my food in the making. Lines were short and servers had a mask and gloves approximately on. The only hiccup was parking area was full.
I'm only giving it two stars because the food was fresh and I was satisfied with my food. BUT the staff at this location were not friendly, not organized and we got it to go with bottles that were not twist off. We walked back and requested a bottle opener and we were met with person after person not knowing if they had one and we were left standing there with no answer. After a minute or so a lady says we don't have one and goes on with her work. Wasn't a pleasant experience.
Great location right off Burnside in a shopping center with plenty of parking. A little bit of a line when first coming inside but they had great staff working very hard while keeping a smile on and accurate orders. I had a brisket burrito ? which was fantastic plus I always enjoy their tortilla chips and Con Queso dip!!!
