Food is good for the price $18.95 per person at dinner hours but I am not happy with the peach tea cost $4.-. It tastes like tea flavored tap water though I could have refills for free. The cashier said it's mixed with syrup and jasmine tea. The seasoning is very "healthy", except soy sauce and sesame oil, I barely could taste ginger, garlic flavor from the seasoning (water down so much), maybe I need to add more next time. There are some sauce in bottle for a heavy flavor such as teriyaki.= = 5/28/22 ==To the owner: The tea was NOT even called "weak", it's "flavored" tap water!! How about you make sure that quality worthy $4?! Excuse me I didn't feel comfortable to ask your staff to fix the quality because who knows I might get an "extra ingredient" in the fixed tea. For your reply, I've changed the review to two stars only.
What am I expecting for…?Expect a nice guy is cooking otherwise idk why I’m herePrice are expensive and food are not fresh but yeah cuz it’s all you can eatAnyway servers are sweet tho :)
We were seated really fast (within 5 minutes) The selections were plentiful and the grill masters were amazing!! Doing tricks and conversating with the guests while food cooked - waiteds however was horrible. She served all other tables promptly with rice, rice papers, soup and drinks. We had to ask her constantly for the initial rice and waters and were half way done eating before these items came! But everyone else was getting prompt service with their refills and all. The only thing she was prompt with was bringing us the check. It took us 2 hours to eat / complete our meal from the lack of service provided. Plus if want hot tea its charged $3.25 (ive never been to a place that charges for tea!) But to top it off we were ALL charged $3.25 for the tea (when i was the only 1 drinking it and the only 1 with a cup) it was not removed from the bill for those that werent drinking it either! In addition those of us that ate beef had severe stomach issues that night and through the next day! Maybe food poisoning (those were the symptoms) but those that had chicken were fine! Egg flower soup lacked any flavor tasted more like a slight sugar water with eggs had to add plenty of soy sauce and pepper to get any flavoring
Place has decent food, place looks extremely understaffed the cook looked exhausted poor guy. Everyone in the staff looked like they wanted to be everywhere but there, Probably in a cozy bed watching something. Good service.
With inflation, Chang's has water downed all their sauces so the flavor is not there anymore, and the food is now pretty bland, so need to add the plum sauces or sriracha sauces to give it flavor. Also the cooks are young, and have the grill to low, and they don't mix the food well on the grill. Been there twice, once in January and again in February, and it was the same both times. I rather pay a little more to get the flavor back. I won't be back
The food is alright, Def an experience to have at least once. But being that it was only my husband and I, I'm not really sure how the price was as high as it was. There food is pretty decent, just make sure you bring some extra $$ with you.
Great service, attentive staff, decent amount of selections for meat, vegetables, and sauces. Overall solid Mongolian BBQ but not anything extra special.
Went in tonight after almost two years since our first visit. Everything was delicious. Dropped a star because the cook mixed mine and my husband's bowls together into one. And while it was okay at the same time it's not. My husband wanted spicy and I did not but got spicy because of this mess up. Cook shrugged it off and said it happens all the time. It shouldn't though especially if a person is allergic to something, etc.
If you are starving, this is the place for you to go. Huge potions and all you can eat. It is fun being able to create your own dish and flavors.
