completely wrong order for a take out order. this was supposed to be a new Primal burger. not even close, avocado burger put in a Angus box, and my bouble western star was some other burger altogether. of course already home too late to go back, so frustrating!! Then when you call there number listed online it's a fax number, no answer. what the heck!!!!
I don't eat fast food but recently stopped here and got a Beyond Burger and it was really good. The fries were not so good, I do not like em all hard so I know not to order them again. My fiance ordered onion rings and they smelled so good but unfortunately the batter they use is dry and hard so it was a buzz kill. Had to drown em in bbq sauce. Way to go on the Beyond Burger, I will come back for it again. Also the price was reasonable. The customer service was great, really nice woman working. I used to work at a Carls Jr back in the 80's :)
I like this carl Jr. Food is always hot and very quick drive thru.
Life hacks: keep the coupon codes in your car they want the code not the coupon. Also you can use two coupons per visit in the drive thru. Bogo and cheap poppers are my jam here, and with the coupon system I can get a 15 dollar meal that lasts all day (2 full sized (nice) burgers and jalapeno poppers) vs the budget meal offering there
The burgers, fries and milkshakes are great. I always order their chocolate cake every time!
I usually have no problems but tonight I had a pretty serious problem with my order as well as a few missing items. I tried to call and see what i can do and first they let it ring then I heard almost like a fax. Then I tried to call right after and my call wouldn’t go through. Seriously not cool or safe.
Very good service! They were super busy but did a great job ! Employees were working hard with a smile on their face.
The other night I stopped by to pick up food for me and my crew and as I pulled into line I contemplated getting out of line and going somewhere else because the line was so long. But before I could make up my mind if I should, I looked up and I was up to the speaker box being asked for my order. At this location they're frequently busy but I never have to wait for long. AND I have never had an order that was wrong in anyway. Every one of my visits I've had outstanding service. Every employee that I have encountered was pleasant, competent and efficient. Thank you to all of you, I appreciate you!
Friendly drive thru experience, fast fulfillment of order, all correctly done ( four separate meals with some level of customization... no something, extra something else, substitute, light ice etc etc). All food fresh and hot. Snd for the most part... what we got looked like the pictures and tasted better than you hoped.
