Whenever I'm in Oregon to visit family, I do a Burgerville run. Their food is a step above any other fast food joint. They work in environmentally sound, sustainable principles. And their food is locally sourced. I love the Oregon beef, the Oregon hazelnut shakes, etc. Staff is masked, and courteous. Inside dining not allowed during the pandemic, so i did the drive up, which was fine. Typically, I am not a fast food fan at all, but I make an exception for Burgerville when I visit Oregon.

Burgers were ok, nothing to write home about. The shakes were small compared to other places I had shakes from. The drive through person seemed like they were rushed.

Broke my diet for a shake “treat”. Ask for the coffee and a tiny bit if chocolate, pretty sure I got all chocolate and a lot of it, still chocolate syrup around the inner bottom of cup. Then I an odd lump in the shake, spit it into my napkin...great a tiny blob of butter type substance. Most likely they do not clean the machine often enough and it creates the limps of fat/oil. So needless to say $6 shake went in the garbage. Good lesson stay on my no sugar plan!

Had food options for everyone. Better than most burger joints. They even have non-dairy milk shakes. We had a lot of dietary issues on our trip and they met all of them.

My family always hits the drive through here on our way up to Mt Hood. They have never gotten our order correct. There’s always a problem. They always forget stuff, or put entirely the wrong food in our bag. Today we decided to go inside so we could verify our order before we were already driving away. After 25 minutes after we placed our order, we still had no food. When we did finally get our food, the cashier told us, “make sure we didn’t forget anything.” Isn’t that your job? Anyway - Half of our order was missing, which took another 10 minutes to remedy. We finally got our food and left. Our food was cold. Not only was my burger cold, it had nothing on it. Just a patty. My fries were also cold, way undercooked and didn’t even have salt on them. I ended up just going hungry, because it was totally innedible. We weren’t the only ones that had a problem today. Every person that came in was rolling their eyes waiting and waiting. Some lady ended up demanding a refund, because it took so long to fulfill the order, that her food was cold by the time she got it. There were multiple customers trying to get their order fixed because they didn’t get the right food or were missing items. The employees seemed 100% clueless as how to manage their tasks and work as a team. There seemed to be zero leadership when things were failing miserably. And best of all no one seemed to really care the place was metaphorically on fire and burning to the ground.

We stayed at the hotel behind this restaurant and walked over to try it. The hamburger I had was the most delicious burger I have ever eaten! The French fries were very tasty also. We enjoyed dining on their front patio with our dog. Excellent service. Wish there were more Burgervilles around!

They were right outside our motel and we tried them for dinner one evening. They have numerous burger choices including fish, chicken and turkey. We had the Colossal Burger and the Tillamook Cheese Burger and one order of fries. This was more than enough food for 2 people and we had a tough time finishing. The meat and buns were fresh and the burgers were huge. Dinner for two came to about $25 with drinks. I did not try their smoothies but they looked delicious so I will try them next time.

A restaurant within walking distance of a motel, after a long drive, is always appealing! The interior design was very pleasant. The ordering & delivery of food seemed rather chaotic, though. Standing at the counter to order, not unlike any other fast food joint, was rather disappointing! Even though each patron was given a number for their table, the server seemed confused?! The burger was not outstanding in any way! However, the Marion Berry Lemonade was a stand out! Having actual berries in the drink was a surprise & taste sensation! Would I recommend this restaurant?! I hesitate!

The service was slow, the food overpriced. The tables needed to be wiped down and none of the ketchup bottles had any ketchup in them. Two employees were taking a break while the rest of the crew was trying to get the orders out. The only positive thing for me was that the raspberry shake was good.

The Burgerville offered a tasty hamburger and fries at a fair price. Would recommend Burgerville over other fast food hamburger establishments. The staff were also pleasant and attentive.
