It was nice we had raspberry blizzard and we had two cookies and it was hot out and it was just nice that people were quite everything was great was clean but we sat outside cuz it was nice outside
Slow service and no napkins in the take out orders. Bathroom door locked.Have to get a code but the cashier is busy while you jump up and down trying to hold it.
These guys just keep getting worse and worse a every time , this was how the wrapped the crispy halibut sand , cheese burgers were all so drenched with mustard , ketchup and sauce they were disgusting , not to mention it took almost 35 minutes to get to order and thru the drive thru , this is fast food ? It’s like they could only handle one order at a time when you paid and was at the window , they were just making your food , worst place again !! Sure wished there was a Sonic here in Gresham or an In and out , they need some better burger places and fast food in Gresham , that is good food !! Sorry burgerville , guess your on the way out !!
This one in particular was easy to drive-in to and out of period the service was swift and friendly. And they were out of nothing.. Burgerville is always a treat for me. But the extra treat is when when all these other things happen as well.The food was fresh and well packaged for the road.
Waited 30mins in the drive thru, they didn't put lettuce on the burger, the paper was ripped and heavily written on with sharpie, I asked for ranch and the guy says we charge for those... mkay thanks for that, didn't say for free mind your attitude.
If I was white would I get ketchup? 2nd time I didn't get it and you have to ask for napkins for Christ sakes fast food is more upfront I got my drink halfway through my wait time
Two stars for the two shakes we got, those were amazing. I ordered a veggie burger and it was so hard and dry must of been on the grill all day. Frys were nasty. Burgerville used to be somewhat healthier fast food but they have gone down hill. The price was outragous too, spent over $30 bux plus a tip. NEVER AGAIN...pretty awful food.
Sadly the dinning room is still closed for lack of help. Drive up was good and pretty fast. People are way more friendly and caring than McDonald's!
For a better take out experience download their app. I ordered thru Google but it failed to let them know I had arrived and had to call them to have my food brought out. They were pretty cool about it and let me know about their app. ?
Always good. Always fresh local ingredients. Best fast (not so fast) food. Worth the wait.
