Stopped today around 4pm to grab a couple things for a quick bite. Accidentally ordered a double cheeseburger instead of a double bacon cheeseburger.I asked the dude at the window to add a side of bacon to my order for the cheeseburger so it would be quick.One of the women who was working with a headset, threw a temper tantrum about adding bacon to the burger. Through the bag back down at the expo station and continued to complain about me, with the window open so I could hear everything. All the of the staff gave me side eye and I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a fast food place. I asked the person at the window to just give me my food, I don’t care about the bacon anymore, I just want to get out of there.The burger was inedible. They had squished it and the condiments were all over the place. This wasn’t the first time I’ve ordered food there that has been inedible. I only stop because it’s convenient. I’ll just drive an extra mile and go somewhere else from now on.I’ve worked at a Burger King and multiple other fast food places. I understand complaining about customers, but don’t do it in front of them. Highly unprofessional.

We got there 10 minutes past 10 for breakfast. Drive thru pretty much empty, lady was nice at window but told me to pull around for 4 sandwiches and 1 hashbrown. When I parked she walked out with another cars order. And then another car pulled around from the drive thru and parked. Then waited about ten minutes or more for our food.Food was tasty but didn't expect to be waiting that long. So instead of increasing their speed they make customers wait longer? Idk just weird.

Such horrible service. We were completely treated horrible, I feel bad that these employees are so mis managed that it reflects in their job performance. I tried to order 3 different things off the menu and was told they didn’t have any food left. I was confused by why they had their doors open and drive through open and servicing people! I don’t even understand what that means “you have no food left?” I wonder who is managing this location couldn’t get a straight answer. Apparently nobody!

Went through the drive-thru, good service. Love the 2 for $5 double sausage croissant.

Ordered food and was told to pull around to the front door to receive it. Ended up sitting there for a ridiculous amount of time, as well as every customer that followed. Not fast food and not how it should be done.

Tried the melts today and they are deliciousThe only downfall was mine was melted, but barely warm and hubby's wasn't even melted and the fries were cold... Air fryer came in handy, will be back for round 2 great flavor and the service was okay. No wait in the drive thru.

This location has horrible customer service. Stood in line for almost five minutes without one single employee greeting me or saying we'll be right with you or even acknowledging my presence. The girl handling customers food also had no mask anywhere near her face. Needless to say this Burger King is not up to par

They require a mask for entry but not for employees. Saw my food get showered in droplets of spit from the mouth of the lady cooking it. One worker handled the garbage and came inside and immediately touched the screen which was used by the lady who put in my order. Nasty will never come here again.

This Burger King in particular I've tried getting food multiple occasions and they have the interior locked and they won't let you walk through the drive through so unless you have a car you're not getting food!

Worst drive thru experience I've ever seen. I know it hard to get quality workers, but parked for 25 mins only to be told "oh well you didn't come to a restaurant its fast food" when I asked why the delay. Denied the manager and phone number and told "what you going to do about it?". Yeah I swore at em after that and submitted the survey requesting Corp to call me back, not that it will fix the behavior. Guess we just won't go back again.
