My MIL took our family out for breakfast while we were visiting. The breakfast was good. My husband loved the stuffed blackberry French toast and my kids somewhat enjoyed their pancakes. They had no chocolate milk and you have to pay extra for a kids drink with the kids meal. It was pricy for what you get but it wasn’t terrible.
Took my daughters here for breakfast. The prices are reasonable for the size of the meals. I took 1 star away due to my country potatoes being burnt to a crisp. The rest of the food was really good. The services was great. My daughter even wants to go back for her birthday.
Customer service was impeccable, Annika was a very personable server who made the experience that much better. The food was amazing, hearty, filling. Went there with a friend paying for two meals and went home with the equivalent of one whole meal.Truly was a great experience out dining, will definitely be returning ?
Great food on Mother's Day was busy(very)all day we waited in line for over 45 minutes. Took some small parties (1-3 people) in before our party of 5 they explained that the bigger tables were not available but still didn't feel any better. My coupons sent on app wouldn't work either. They did get meal to us fast after seating. Great place to eat. Next time I will make reservations on a holiday!!
Huge portions for regular diner prices. Mimosas are delicious, fresh squeezed OJ and you get to pour them yourself! Friendly staff. Very cute decor! The coffee is excellent!
Very tasty food and very nice staff. My extended family and I ate there for Easter and they were very accommodating. They had a bunny costume and bear costume for the kids and me of course. The waitress was very skilled at caring loads and loads of food to our tables and was not overwhelmed by how big group. 10/10 would recommend. The food was tasty and we were able to reserve an area for 30 or 40 people on Easter.
This is our first visit to this location but maybe our 30th or 40th Black Bear. Our breakfasts were great tasting. Large portions always - they will gladly split orders. The staff is always friendly and well trained in customer service - we've never been disappointed or surprised. The place was busy (Easter Saturday) but service was fast and food hot.
Stopped in here for dinner tonight and had a great time. I was greeted and seated promptly by Biscuit who was very friendly and also grabbed me some coffee which was kind of them. I got the Breakfast Sliders, who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner, and they were great. The waitress, Ceriah, kept me topped up on coffee and was very pleasant and kind. Great experience and a wonderful place to swing in for some traditional diner food.
We came in with a party of 11 with no warning for a birthday dinner. We ordered a wide variety of items; everything from pancakes to prime rib! Our servers were quick and courteous and accurate, the food was good, and we all left full and happy! We even took home some banana cream pie!
The Gresham location has the best breakfast food and the most kind servers! Never had a bad experience and love to eat at this location often. Dylan by far exceeds all my expectations for a server. He was quick to get my drink and food order and checked in on me frequently. Highly recommend the Gresham Black Bear Diner.
