Birrieria Carlos is by far the best Berria in the Portland metro area. Especially the Gresham location. The customer service is the best. Extremely friendly and the food is superb. It's cheaper than other birrierias out there. Don't waste your money on others like "Birrieria pdx". Carlos is the spot. Don't sleep on it.
Omg what can I say about Carlos!! I must eat there weekly lol best birrieia ever. Try the vampirios they are literally the best. Good prices big amounts of food hot and fresh everytime! This is a must eat place!
They make a mistake in the only 2 plates order...food was cold and bring back the food and still charge $12 just for the rice and bean after wasting my time and driving back...just be aware this place..the first and last day in here...

THE BEST BIRRIA IN PORTLAND! If you are in the Gresham area you have to try this food truck!I have been coming here for months now and the food never disappoints. My tacos are always fresh and delicious. I recommend the quesabirria tacos with the consome (dip), if you order 3 tacos the dip is free and let me tell you that broth is delicious and so flavorful! When I go with my group of friends we order the birria pizza which is always delicious it feeds the whole group and is such a good value for so much food. I also recommend their aguas frescas, I have tried all the flavors they have cucumber, pineapple, and horchata all super good and fresh my favorite is the cucumber.Also super friendly staff who I can tell pride themselves in providing good food and great service!
