Great place, it has changed a lot. Looks clean, and welcoming. Love it. Favorite salad is chili lime salad.
I got a Christmas gift card from my daughter for here...we showed up at 7:00 they were slow and sitting down. Although they were very polite every table was dirty, food was old and cold. I ordered chicken fajitas and got cold steak fajitas. Needles to say we both got sick later on in the evening. ?☹
The tacos and burritos were good, only complaint my shrimp was so overcooked it needed a lot of sauce to make up for that one. The staff was friendly, do think they should have their hair up and away from the food. The restaurant itself could have used a light cleaning, the salsa bar needed it a bit too. The nacho burritos we got were perfection.
We used to love coming here. Came last night and were shocked at 6:00pm there was no one there and only 2 employees that did everything. In the hour we were there no one came in and the phone did not ring for orders. Very dirty and dark, no music. They will not last long even though the menu is good. Very sad!

The food is good but I came in on a Sunday at 11:30 and it is dirty. The salsa looks to be in old bowls. Ground is filthy I most likely will not be back. Sad face
I love Baja but prefer the location at mall 205 over Gresham.
Absolutely empty when we arrived at 4PM. Sub par cleanliness. The salsa bar and soda machine counters could use a good scrubUpdate 8.12.2021: Lackluster at best. Theres a general sense of grime and disrepair. Walking in today at about 1:30pm there was a lone child in one corner and a couple in the other. No other patrons. It was quiet save for the conversation amongst the employees. The cupboards beneath the salsa bar are being held together by masking tape, the salsa bowls themselves had a crusty salsa coating on them but the ice was clean. The food leaves something to be desired
You need to update your business hours! It says closes ay 9pm, but 8:30pm and you guys already have the doors locked!
The food was okay and very pricey for the quality. Prob won't be going back.
