The most horrible experience as a customer order my food employees were straight ignoring me when I was trying to get their attention to let them know that they had forgot drinks there most off been at least like five employees just talking to each other not even working or tending to the customer if you ask me the manager or even the franchise owner need to start reading this comments because you are straight up loosing businesses due to young unprofessional and not supervised staff that's not the sad part after taking my money they gave us this as a chicken sandwich which are literally two strips of chicken the worst arby I have ever experienced
Arby's is a solid fast food place you know they got the meats
How the hell do you run out of your most popular item? That seems incredibly stupid. And the staff wasn't very nice. Didn't seem to really care that they were there to work.
We went inside and ordered takeout. While waiting witnessed female's playing with their hair while their gloves were on and then handling the food. Saw another female picking her butt with gloves on and then filled the french fries. Another female came in and high fived two other gloved employees who were preparing food. Multiple cross contaminations. I just couldn't eat my fries ?
Just straight up rude employees. Most of them were girls who were standing around on their phones. Had to go in because they forgot one of our items and as I stood at the cash register the girl was on her phone with her back towards me. I asked her help and she just said “What”. Not a “how can I help you” or anything. I tell her what they forgot and she says “don’t get an attitude with me.” Terrible customer service. In that short 20 minutes I could tell these employees literally don’t care what they are feeding people or how they are treated.
Weird entry, seems to have confusing drive through line. Food is good, but service is slow. Probably due to short staffing. I think their speaker and microphone need repair, both of us were hard to hear for each other. Food was a little cool, but still fine, and the staff are friendly and good-natured.
How can you be out of Horsey sauce?More importantly, why not state or post a notice on the drive thru menu board?
I love Arby's. I had the Farm Fresh turkey and swiss sandwich meal with crinkle fries and jamoca shake. It was a fabulous meal!
Pleasant people working the drive-through today.. Correct order, smiling faces, perfect!
