I went there in Oregon to see how the food was. The pizza was not great at all. Everything kept falling off and they didn’t have very much variety of food. They didn’t have chicken or bread sticks. The salad was not fresh like they said it tasted packaged. Also, it was too expensive for how the food turned out. The only part that was ok was the people were nice and weren’t rude.
All their food is amazing. Tip for all you Chicago loving people. If you only get a small or mini all them to either keep an eye on it or to take a coup please of minutes off the cooking time unless you want a dark crust. Either way they a very good about the details of you all.
Ordered deep dish half and half pizza. Came home and opened box and was missing sauce. Every slice was also different shapes and sizes, as if they just cut up what leftovers they had and put it in the box. Pizza def wasn’t cooked as a whole. Pizza dough wasn’t fully cooked. Woodburn location never disappoints, skip this location. Wish I took a picture of how horrible the pizza looked once I opened the box. Wish I checked it before I left.
Salad was brown/old and the pizza was way below average. I think if you could buy pizza in a can that would be way better then this place. Please pick a different pizza place and you will save money and be really happy you did not go to the place
Gerry is the best manager I have encountered in a while! Always pleasant, friendly and service with a smile. He should be running this company and teaching proper customer service! Thank you for the great service!
Next time you give someone a huge pile of pizzas, a salad and an extra bag of condiments, TRY BAGGING ONE CUSTOMERS ITEMS AT LEASTI had a pile of stuff jammed under my jaw and I had to walk through a crowd and back to the car without dropping it. Of course the condiments were not listed on the list of items for the customer so I missed it in the huge unorganized pile of stuff I got. Get some big bags man. I lost my tip on that order
Always have loved Abbys, but disappointed the last few times. My husband and I shared a pizza, half and half. His had 8 pieces and mine only had 4. Plus I asked for just a little bit extra sauce on my half and it was ALOT on whole pizza. They were really busy, and didn't want to wait for another pizza, so didn't take it back.
They actually made out pizza wrong, but to correct the mistake we got a free large pizza. So 2 for 1? Oh ya!! And the garlic knots are DEFINITELY worth trying out. If you like bread sticks, try the knots. You'll LOVE em, I guarantee it.
