Human bean is my ultimatel favorite spot. Not today. I was the only customer but the batistas were too busy talking amongst eachother ( which wasn't a big deal I'm not a talker) I got the worst drink I've ever received from human bean. I ordered a cold brew with honey, the young male used a burnt espresso shot to melt my honey. Now all my coffee taste like is burnt espresso. Kiddos need taught how fast espresso burns. Super sad I spent $4 on a coffee I have to throw away. ( If I would've wanted my coffee to taste like espresso I would've order an americano)
I love this place and the drinks they have. I have no complaints about that but its what they DON'T have.. They haven't had the green tea for MONTHS!! I don't understand why it's been so long since they have last had it but I'm sad.. It's my favorite drink!! But it's okay because I like their other drinks too!! :)

I love Human Bean coffee, but for whatever reason this particular store has a problem with baristas holding personal conversations at the drive-thru window while cars wait in line for the conversation to end. It has happened to me three times this year at that store. Has never been an issue at their two other locations, which is where I'll go from now on. Maybe it'sjust a management deficiency.

Waited FOREVER but that's to be expected for great coffee. The chai smoothie wasn't great I wouldn't recommend it. The chocolate covered beans are of course heavenly.
