I went inside to order carry out and every table in the place was dirty. It took over 30 minutes to get 2 soft taco supremes and a crunch wrap supreme. When the customer who ordered after me had asked the manager what was taking so long he told her "sorry bout that" then went to the back to avoid her. I will not easy at this location ever again.
Do not eat at this place!!! When I came in to pick up my online order one staff member was sitting on the counter while 4 others, clearly inebriated were lounging at a table.Pictured is the contents of my grilled steak burrito with everything I had asked to not be added, added extra, yet no steak. This is multiple times this inept crew has gotten everything wrong. My next complaint will be to corporate. As a previous reviewer has complained, I’d never thought I’d leave a Taco Bell review. But the franchise owners need to be stripped of that title and no longer be a face of the brand.
Worst experience ever! My husband went through the drive thru and was asking questions about the taco/burrito box. He couldn’t hear what the employee was saying and all of a sudden the employee screamed at him! The most unprofessional experience ever. On top of that, they NEVER get orders correct there. Save yourself the aggravation and eat someplace else!
It used to be fast, decent quality food. Now its so full of kids that dont want to do anything that its not worth the wait they will force on you, while they try to figure out what it is they are doing...im not aure if its lack of management or lack of motivation but the last 2 times i went there i spent 40 mins in the line and in the end, came out with nothing in my belly. I recommend eating there if you got an hour or more to kill!
I am utterly sad and disappointed in my first visit since the shut down. Everything has changed. And not for the better. The spices used to make the crunchy and soft taco supremes is different. The beef is not right, the shells are gooey not crunchy. The ingredients were scant and not fresh! The tacos use to b delicious and overflowing with ingredients! But now no one seems to have any pride in their job or demand quality in their products! I won't b going back to any Taco Bell location.??
I have to be optimistic here, the staff was shorthanded and one of the few there had just gotten injured when I walked in. So to be fair the shift manager was doing the best she could running the drive up, the indoor register, helping with getting orders filled,as well as assuring the customers inside that they were doing the best they could. Much props to the staff for hanging in there!
I ordered four steak soft tacos, got home and the tortillas were completely soaking wet and falling apart, there was nothing in them but lettuce and were not even put together correctly, Ingredients just thrown in the wrapper with the supposed ingredients just thrown on top of the soggy tortilla!!! Ridiculous!!!
im extremely disappointed. so much so that i don't leave reviews for anything ever an decided to do do one over this. there was three cars in the drive thru so we decided my husband would run inside, we sat waiting for our food for 38 minutes and the food was not only cold but incorrect. as we go to pull out, the third car that was in the drive thru line when we pulled in was also just getting served. there was no empathy from any of the employees and they seemed put out and inconvenienced. im absolutely appalled!
This is definitely the better Taco Bell location in Grants Pass. Food was prepared quickly and customized items were perfect. Dining area was clean and staff was friendly.
The drive thru didn't give us all the food we paid for. This has happened more than 3 times. My husband likes their food. bummer
