Ordered by mobile app and was supposed to pick up at 9:23 pm in the store. Got there to pick up to find the doors locked and after calling I was told we needed to get in the drive thru line we finally got our order at 9:59 pm only to find that items were missing and sine items were not made correct and all of the food was cold. I would not recommend unless you like cold food and rude staff

The worst taco bell ever. Do not go here. I have come three times and everytime they either don't do the in store pickup and make me go drive through even though the app says in store . They literally open the door to say no. Then they have messed up my order everytime , from rotting lettuce , overcooked meat , items missing. Then on top of all that the drive-through takes about 7 minutes per car. They are the most incompetent bunch I've ever seen.

I know it's fast food and you get what you pay for, but I don't get how someone could be so lazy as to put nacho fries and tacos upside-down in the bag. Everything spilt. My bad for not checking. But I was one of two cars so it wasn't busy. This photo is after I pulled 3 other nacho fries out and pieced them back together. Just frustrated after that.

Well first off I went through the drive thru and had to wait over 45 min just to place my order and every time I said hello the girl would say I will be with in a moment which was about 5 times then I get to the window and pay and have to wait another 30 mins to get my order which was 2 Doritos locos tacos 2 soft tacos and a streak quesadilla with no sauce I drive away and when I get to my destination find out that I did not get what I ordered I received a chicken quesadilla and two burrito Supremes and two bean and cheese burritos but on my receipt it's exactly what I ordered and paid for I don't have the strength to go back to this Taco Bell so I suffer with what I got like this review it is the worst customer service that I have ever received and I suggest that the management of this restaurant be looked into because this is not how you run a business you want to thrive.

Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with a total of three cars in front of me. It's pretty sad. Also I ordered for in store pickup through the app and they made me go to the drive thru. I would suggest going to one of the other ones in town.

Horrible customer service! Several times I have waited up to 15 minutes to even be acknowledged or looked at this is the Worst taco bell. I'm done with this place. I use to come here all the time. Nope!

I visited this local Taco Bell this evening...so dissatisfied. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos and 4 burritos (2 of them the steak ) I opened the steak burritos to add sauce and there was literally 4 strips of steak in them. The tacos were a joke, not even half full. My family was hungry so we ate them, I called the store and she asked me to return them...

Went through drive side. Meal was ready when I arrived at the window. Food was good. Service was even better.

Food took a long time to be prepared. Used kiosk to special order. Both items missing sauces. Neither were labeled, so had to unroll food to see who's it was. Several tables had food bits on them, so had not been wiped down.

As a doordasher, this taco bell is consistently and extremely slower than the Allen creek taco bell. If you're ordering on the doordash app my suggestion would be to use the Allen Creek store if possible for your address. If you are a normal customer, again, go to Allen Creek.. the TERRY LANE LOCATION is lackluster at best. The employees do not move with any sort of urgency, they're too busy talking and laughing about mutual acquaintances (assuming coworkers) and even with an empty drive-thru they still take a minimum of 3 times once than other locations
