It was later in the evening and only one other customer was present. I was quickly waited on as soon as the server was free. They were out of some of their bread selections but had what I wantedI got a Subway Club with all the trimmings I wanted and they still tasted fresh, even this late in the evening.
Tried to order but after standing in line for 15 minutes I had to wait more for a door dash order to be filled ahead of me for 10 more minutes unfortunately I had to leave.
We went there wanting to get our favorite sandwiches and was faced with having to find new favorites as the ones we liked were discontinued. The place was seriously understaffed, had one poor lady doing her job plus the job of 2 others that weren't there. She had some shakes going on. She chatted nervously with customers and commented about her health. She was slow (I would of been too) kudos to her for muddling through, but seriously subway needs to Hire more staff instead of having 1 person who clearly could of used the much needed support.
I rarely write reviews for places, But when I do, it is when the employees go out of their way to help the customers. Melissa was an absolute Rockstar. I HIGHLY recommend this location. Thank you so much Melissa! Customer service is 10/10

I stop to get lunch here every other Friday and probably will no longer after this one. The last few times I’ve seen a decrease in the quality of food and care from the employees. I’m not one to complain but after a sandwich is toasted the meat should not be frozen, the chicken shouldn’t have a funk to it,shouldn’t have tuna fish spread mixed in with the lettuce and olives in the tomatoes (inside the store). The only food in this store I would trust is the bagged chips.Do not recommend this location
3rd time in a row I've went when all they have is Wheat bread. And don't have sweet onion chicken. How do you run outta bread at subway oh wait being lazy.
Sometimes there are items shortages call ahead and make sure that you can get the item that you desire
I will only do at the Williams hwy store. My order is always right, staff are always friendly. It amazing!
Few times I’ve been here the staff have had terrible attitude. I understand they’re understaffed but there’s no need to take it out on the customers
