Nice place, even has a drive through. It's fairly large for a subway, with a good sized dining room. Food was well made and service was good with nice staff.Only the tomatoes didn't look too well, but I generally don't like the look of tomatoes at these kinds of food joints sadly. I'm picky about my tomatoes, ^^.Overall still good
I will never go there again. The food was being prepared in a counter that wasn't cleaned in between sandwiches. The bins of food had stuff from other bins in them. It wasn't fresh,very unclean. Supervisor was rude. I take the food handlers test every year I know what is expected. This was at one time a favorite place to eat. No longer. I will go across town to the other subway on angess. I don't even want to give it a one star .
I went to this store with my dad, who is a little older and can’t hear well. When Lily was ringing us up she was asking him questions and he wasn’t hearing her correctly so she walked away in the middle of it muttering about how she can’t stand people who don’t listen, and kept going. Then from there on out it was passive aggressiveness for the rest of the checkout. If you can’t treat a person like a human being maybe you should not work around people. It’s not like it was busy we were the only person in the store. The other lady that put our sandwiches together was just fine. Talk about a bad experience that ruined the rest of my day. Thanks for treating an older person in a humiliating way, Lily.
One person working he was slammed but made our food wonderful guys name was john
Jenna was rude to my boyfriend while he was ordering for no reason he was being very polite, I paid for double meat but she only put 3 slices of meat, and she folded the flatbread the wrong way so it's like a quesadilla not a sub..... Then asked us for a tip.
Super clean, super nice staff welcomed my service dog with enthusiasm. Food was good quality, a bit messily prepared but who cares.
We were able to go into the restaurant and sit down to eat! White bread was a bit chewey. Employees were very friendly. Will go again (:
We were traveling across country from Oregon to Illinois. We stopped at Grants Pass for breakfast, Subway had delicious and hot breakfast sandwiches that kept us going. Friendly staff at drive up.
Got a sandwich here last night in the drive thru. The guy sounded high, he couldn't pay attention, he kept having side conversations with other people behind the scenes, he had to ask me 4 times what kind of toppings I wanted, cussing in the background and overall he was rude as hell. it took literally over 30 minutes for this person to serve 4 cars or so. The worst service service I have ever had at a subway by far. Company's literally do not care anymore.UPDATE. called and told a "manager" that I would be in to speak to them. He said he's leaving at 2 so as long as I'm there by then. Got there at 1:35 only to find he already left. This store is horrible and I will never buy another single item from here. I will also tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. The manager and employees should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for such horrible service. Shorthanded or not.
It's hard to understand what they say over the speaker plus it was dark and the drive-thru menu lights were off.I tried a version of the new beef sandwich that was just ok but I'd have ordered it a little differently had I been able to see the menu and hear the cashier - I think I would have really liked this sandwich with a few different personal options. I take some responsibility.
