1st off let me start by saying if I could give less than one Star I would. I ordered online through the Subway app order was supposed to done in 15 minutes. I received the order is ready signal on the app and went to the store.. When I got there they hadn't even started the sandwiches yet. When I asked them why the app indicated that it was ready all I got was excuses instead of an answer. Plus they made me the wrong dang sandwich Never again.
Staff. More. People.Every time I go here the place is always so busy, the SOLO employee just hanging on for dear life is overwhelmed and doing what they can to keep the place together. It hasn't been addressed.I feel really bad for the employees working here (and the other locations owned by the same feller in the area) as it's the same story with a different face almost every time.Respect your employees, the bad reputation is a direct reflection of leadership shortcomings. This is fixable.
A man working here to fill in a shift (apparently not his usual store) struck up a conversation with my boyfriend - he proceeded to inform my friend that all women needed to be slapped and that their place was beneath men, that all women were "explatives" and that men like them should put these *[email protected]#! Back in their place. I was quite alarmed and will be informing everyone I know not bring their women or children to this location. Unfortunately I do not have his name. My partner left immediately upon conversation and I felt the community needs to know: if you like to beat women and children, this is your subway!
Absolutely worst service ever!!! Guy was nasty dirty sweaty no hat pulled his mask up then made our sandwiches!! Out of everything, ordered online hadn't even looked at it by the time we got there!! Store was super dirty!! Absolutely disgusting!!
Decent sandwiches and wraps for "fast food". I like that they are open until 10 for the late night "healthier" option dinners when you're too tired from work to cook. The employees are generally nice, a few times we have had a great employee who laughs and jokes with you. Allen Creek center Subway is a good decent joint to grab that yummy hit-the-spot sandwhich!!
While the food is usually very good, I have made several orders online that I’ve been told are ready, only to walk into the store to find they haven’t even started my food. Today was twice in a row, last time I couldn’t wait and they had to refund me so I left upset and hungry. Today the gentleman that went to look for my order had printed it, set it on the counter, and forgot about it. They got to my sandwich quickly but when I got home with it, there’s none of the sauce I ordered. I’m sorry, but no one wants to eat a pile of vegetables on dry bread. All around, huge bummer and I don’t think I’ll be trying again.
They put items on the sandwich that were asked to be left off. Which is no big deal I can take those off. But they forgot the oil and vinegar on the side that they were asked to put in the order. I gave them a 5-star rating just a few months ago it's a shame how fast they can go down.
Only one reason for 2 stars. The wait. Cmon. Someone has got to pick up their game.
The young man that was working got 2 bus's in around 7 PM and worked diligently through every order while maintaining his composure. Will definitely go back to this store.
Very dissatisfied experience. Place an online order at 0900 and went to pick up at 0940, the store was still locked. This store was supposed to be opened at 0900. Place an order for a wrap with special instructions just to cut it into 2 and to add spicy Sriracha sauce but none of them was done. The order was with Mozzarella cheese but cheddar was in there. Also the meat was so little it's ridiculous. When I went to pick it up, the staff was wearing his mask halfway down and his underwear showing, very unprofessional. Will never order from this subway ever again.This order was placed on October 2nd, 2021.
