I had to come back and give more than 5 stars. I went in last week and ordered three footlongs. One was a flat bread bacon, egg, and cheese with my fixings. Got it home and found it was cold. Like the toaster oven didn't work right or something. Luckily we live close and I was able to go back. The guy working not only remade it, but heated it up again and I got to take both of them. It was so kind of him and my husband appreciated the extra sandwich! Thank you! Also, the new teriyaki sweet onion sauce is AMAZING!
The service was amazing and the kid working there was by himself and worked the drive thru like a boss. I was there with my client and she was short with payment and his told her he'd pay the rest and didn't have to. Would give more then five stars if I could. They better hold on to him because good hard working employees are very hard to come by! ????
Never have an issue with my sandwiches there and they wrap them just like I asked them to. Always great always good always pleasant always fast.
We got our orders quickly and were able to eat inside, which has become difficult in Grants Pass.
Girl in front took my 3 sandwich order. Started to prepare, then left it for someone else to finish. Needless to say my 1st sandwich sat then while she took the next customer. When something was said she just rolled her eyes at me. Worst customer service ever. Will not return to that location again. Needs training or fired.

I placed a order for delivery. Asked for extra mayo which they didn't even put any on my sandwich. Instead they took it as a joke and piled my sandwich with handfuls of banana peppers. The sandwich was super sloppy and soggy. Won't order again! Waste of money

Dirty and disgusting. Employee with mop talking with customers while leaving floor in front of counter half mopped with no cones set out. Others employees standing around while every single table was dirty. Left when a fly landed on my half made sandwich. Without a doubt the worst sandwich place I've ever been in.
