They never get your order right even when it is typed in correctly on the screen and your receipt. My burger was full of grease which soaked into the bun. I will not eat here ever again.
Per usual, no sonic blasts and this time an added bonus of no onion rings. I understand the food side maybe shortage, but your ice cream machine is worse than the McDonald’s I’ve cream machine downtime. Upgrade your equipment owners.
The worst Sonic I have ever been to. Their ice cream machine is barely ever working. Drive thru is broken sometimes. Just sat for half hour in drive thru after having to call them to let them know they had a line waiting and are they going to take orders…. On top of that they have someone inside pouring buckets of soapy water down on ground …cleaning in middle of service…gross and a safety issue. Where is management/owners? …When I got home with my double cheeseburger the bottom bun was soaked through and dripping grease, the lettuce soggy. Just absolutely disgusting and no care taken in making their food. They shouldn’t even be allowed to own the franchise name and serve on behalf of Sonic.
Great service. Food haz been hot, fresh and actually very tasty. Had the foot long chili cheese doggz and a chicken samitch& fries ? didnt take 2 long either. We challenge c how the rest of the menu is in the near future. Thank u to the workers there. Keep up the good work!!!???
Staff was friendly and efficient the burger was not as good as it used to be i had the double and it was a bit bland. Also wish they would bring back fry sauce.
They have outdoor ordering stalls that would be perfect for COVID protocols, but they refuse to use them. Instead, 1/2 hour or more waiting in the drive thru with them serving one person at a time. Um, no thanks.
I understand the probability of being short staffed. But if it's a quarter to 8, all lights are on - including drive thru, and the sign blatantly says you're open until 8pm, I would assume not to be turned away at 7:45pm - with another vehicle in the drive thru, and told "well we close 10 minutes early".If it wasn't for the fact that the food is always great and on point, this would not be three stars.

Ordered a number 19 with no meat, they gave me two pieces of bread and a nasty slice or cheese. ? Went back and told them I had no egg on my sandwich. They were so confused and asked if I was the lady that ordered the sandwich with no egg or meat ?. Sorry but that was Terrible service and no we won't be back.
it's ok nothing to rave about. I wish that they would fix the ice cream machine ?. it's been broken for a year. they used to have great shakes but not any more because they can't fix the problem. I go to dairy queen now.
