Great smash burgers and amazing food. The staff were friendly and a really family owned business.If you find your self on Rogue River road between Grant's Pass and Rouge River city. Then please stop in. It is well worth your time and experience.
Normally I love scoops. But their launch of a fish menu was exciting since I am from the north east US and LOVE fish and chips.However, half the fish was over cooked...like dry and brick like. Also, they failed to provide tartar sauce or coleslaw even though we verified we wanted that with our order. I even asked if it was in the bag when I picked up the order and the girl assured me it was in the bag.Spending $70 for 5 people to eat to then find out half your fish is over cooked and you are missing ingredients will make me seriously reconsider ordering from them any time soon.
Really delicious meal. Had the Western Bacon Burger and the Chili Cheese Fries. My friend got the Mushroom Swiss Burger and the Parmesan Fries. Parm fries were amazing! We of course finished with ice cream. They are all Umpqua flavors which are so good! The whole vibe of the place was fun. Nice little place to hang out with friends and enjoy some good food.
Burgers are sooo tasty! I believe they se Cartwright beef! Fries are smackin good! Homemade for sure!!! ?
The Smash cheeseburger is awesome! Great beef burger with a perfect balance of meat to bun! Basket of fries really complimented the meal! Highly recommend this place if you're on the 99!
We were okay with the food on our first visit a few months ago and decided the other day to give their burgers and fries another go. We arrived to pick up our order to find we were being charged $4 more than their menu online indicated. I understand the price of beef in particular and everything in general is up right now, but if you're going to have a website, it should be accurate at all times. No excuses. Their eventual response was they can't afford to print new menus right now. Printing menus has nothing to do with maintaining a website accurately. The next issue was when we got home. The fries were all nearly black and on the verge of not being edible. The burgers looked nothing like the photos advertised on their Facebook page. After some digging we could barely detect that they had cheese on them, and mine had the smallest slice of tomato I've ever seen. To top it off, my burger wasn't quite cooked all the way. We may stop by again for ice cream someday (Umpqua!), but never again for food. I'm bummed because we like to support local restaurants.
Great place to stop on a country drive. Very friendly employees, great food. Smash burger, cheesesteak sandwich plus garlic parm fries really hit the spot. Now my son and I have to back for more. Stop and see what you've been missing. Don't forget your appetite and the many choices of ice cream ?

They have absolutely the best burgers around ,excellent staff and service plus ice cream and desserts. there smash burgers are amazing! I love this place from the first moment I walked in. The staff is very friendly and polite and accommodating. seriously they make the best hamburgers in this area! ???
Amazing quality beef hamburgers. You can taste the difference at Scoops! Great portions and prices and family friendly environment. Garlic fries? To die for. My kiddos love this place!
