Ordered from doordash food for my mom and I. Dasher got there and they told him they gave the food out to someone else and then refused to remake it. 1 star is too much, don’t waste your money.Update: It’s not necessarily that they gave the food to the wrong driver (which they shouldn’t have), or that they refused to remake it, but according to the doordash driver, the staff was incredibly rude about the entire situation. Good customer service and good food is what gets you more money and clientele in this industry. There’s plenty of other places to eat that will at least speak to you as a human being, and not try to avoid their own faults but instead own up to them. I hope you have done and continue to do better for the rest of your customers, present and future.
Took my daughter there because of the good reviews. She ordered onion rings and some how I should have double checked but they gave her fries... also my pastrami sandwich was not very good... probably won't return.

I find it very difficult to believe that they have such good reviews. The food is just as bad as the ambience. If it was so great you'd think it'd be busy during the lunch hour, but the only other people in there appeared to be tweakers going back and forth to the gambling facility. I had the bacon cheeseburger combo and it's the worst burger I've had in a while. Five star reviews have to be fake.
Absolutely great place for a break and to chill either sittin and eatin or hitting the gaming machines or jus good conversation wit the people that work and visit there ??
