Excellent nachos: well flavored, tender chunky chicken, good amounts of sour cream, great combination of vegetables including olives and pico.

Being from KC, I am always searching for good BBQ since moving to the PNW. This truck was recommended by a co-worker and it did not disappoint! Definitely worthy of playing with the big dog smokers! If you want a great BBQ lunch you should give them a try!
These guys deserve more than 5 stars!! We had them cater our wedding and everything was delicious and perfect, even though their food truck was out of service they didn't hesitate to get the job done and serve up some top notch food. They easily could've said they couldn't do it with no truck so we were beyond happy to hear they could still come. Super sweet couple with some amazing food!!! Thank you guys!!
Papa T catered our wedding, and I have to say, BEST DECISION EVER.The food was amazing, and all our guests were going back for seconds.Amazing comfort food. 12/10 would recommend.

Ordered pulled pork, chicken, and all the sides. My husband and I didn't enjoy the food; it was just okay. Pulled pork was a bit salty.
