First and last time ordering here. I live close by and decided to try for the first time. Had my order taken on the phone by a foreign person who is not at the location I called. They said 15 min to pick up and denied me ordering a side of peppers because they claimed to be “out”. I arrive 15 min later and they say I have a 15 min wait because my pizza hasnt even begun to be made. I kindly wait 15 MORE minutes in my car. When I go back in I ask about the ordering process because the person who lied about pick up time is clearly not in the local store and they tell me it’s all corporate’s fault and Chicago takes their orders and has no idea when they are behind in orders. They give ME an attitude like it’s MY fault they outsource their ordering to another state or country! I see there is a pepper in my box… which I was told was not available for order on my pizza and go back to ask for a side. The girl gives me the biggest attitude and tells me they CHARGE for peppers and are running low… with all the eye rolls like they are SO bothered by having to WORK. I explain I tried to order and pay for them on the phone but was denied. She packs them up and hands them to me with an eye roll and mumbling under her breath at me and I tell her while I’m sorry its not HER fault… its not MINE either so she should take her attitude else where. The workers hate their job and you too… so I suggest avoiding this place and opting for ANY of the MANY small businesses who actually appreciate customers and not big chains who hire miserable people who are annoyed that you BOTHERED them!
Very good pizza fast service. Stuffed crust was absolutely awesome. Very nice staff.
Does not get pick up orders right please check food before you leave!!!! Poor service!!!
I've never been a huge fan of Papa John's. My last experience was pretty good though! Got the meatball/pepperoni with Alfredo sauce and it was delish!!!
Not so great of experience. Will give it one more try sometime . Just seemed like a. Excessive wait for a call in order.
Ordered and was told it'd be 45 minutes. Went to pick up and was told it'd be another 45 minutes. Asked for a refund and was told 3 to 4 days..
Great experience understood my order correctly didn’t rush me even though it’s thanksgiving tomorrow place was pretty well establishment and well mannered but they didn’t wear gloves
Picked up pizza for family while we were visiting from out of town. The reliability of this pizza was just as expected.The only reason I gave 3 stars was there was some sort of miscommunication between staff as we arrived. A delivery driver had left with our food, but promptly returned withing minutes. I witnessed the bickering between staff over the miscommunication, which I otherwise would have overlooked having seen how busy they were.
We order a couple of times a month or more, and these guys are consistently great! With rewards, we end up saving ridiculous money!
Accommodated here in every-way and then more . Manager handles issues with confidence and care and with fairness. Foods good breadsticks better!
