I love panda but the workers in grants pass, specifically, never have food prepared and ready. They constantly forget sauce. And they give so much attitude when you order an item that needs to be prepared in 5-7 minutes. I’ll wait. But Why wait for franchised panda when I can go to a local restaurant, support local businesses, and get everything that i order in a timely manner. Unsatisfactory. Unprofessional.
This visit was worse than last when compow(sp) chicken had about 2 bites of chicken in the serving. This visit it was fatty, squishy and undercooked. The fried rice was more like steamed mixed in with hard fried rice. Just awful. Probably won't be going back...
Received my double white rice on my plate entree and the rice was burnt. So burnt it almost smelt like cigarettes. I cant believe they would put this in someones box. Clearly it was blackened and brown plus the awful smell. Same they would ruin someones lunch
There food wasn't very good this time. They didn't have the dishes I wanted & there fried rice was dry. Usually there food is good & they have the dishes on the menu, but today they sucked.
Went to Panda Express with family and was treated horrible. Rude service and got spicy noodles. After receiving rude customer service at drive through. We will not be returning agian. Very disappointing and customer service was horrible. Food was basically thrown at us through window after asking for fresh noodles. Very disturbing the way we were treated. I would not recommend at all !!!!!!
Got refused service tonight after standing in line for like 20 mins maskless. When it was time to order I was told I need to put one on or they wouldn’t serve me. Makes no sense. Been there for 20 mins already, going to order behind your 6 ft tall glass then walk 10 ft to my table to take my mask off. Just stop already w the nonsense. Won’t be going back for their mediocre at best food anyways
They haven't been cooking their tice all the way so it's still hard. Definitely don't recommend getting their rice unless you like it uncooked. I'm just glad they cooked thier chicken all the way.
Place is supposed to be open at 10 am only to find out they’re currently not opening until 11 with no indication they are doing this. No sign on the door or anything online to tell you this. 11 am rolls around and their lobby remains closed when it was open the same time literally just last week. Finally get to ordering only to learn they apparently only serve some dishes at night despite them selling it in the morning at, you guessed it, just last week. To top it all off, they rejected our gift card that still had enough money on it to pay for the whole meal and had been used prior. A shame, the food tastes good, but after this we won’t be back to this specific branch anytime soon. At least have the decency to put a sign on your door letting people know you’re not opening until 11 right now instead of letting people stop by and waste time when they find that you’re closed. You clearly don’t want business so we gladly won’t give it to you. Good luck with the way you do things over there. Seriously, you’re gonna need it.
Great food helpful staff they didn't have what I wanted and they made it up for me. I am doing keto and I had chicken green beans and their greens which was broccoli kale and cabbage good stuff.
The night manager on Sunday 1/16/22 was extremely rude, even wore a jacket over her uniform to hide a name tag. We came in a small group of 3 and all politely asked for masks as we forgot our own, the manager then proceeded to yell at us over her employee who was attempting to take our order to “wear our masks” even though we had put on the ones that were given to us. The employee clearly seemed frustrated with the managers obnoxious attitude, they were not busy at all, so there was no need for the attitude either. The manager then proceeded to finish putting together our meal, once we sat down to eat we realized our food was ice cold, chicken still half frozen, and rice was crispy over cooked. The manager then proceeded to yell at the entire staff loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. Very verbally abusive to her employees.... definitely won’t ever be back.
