Great pizza. The staff was friendly and made sure we were happy. The kids played some arcade games while they waited for the pizza which was quick, hot and delicious. The only thing I wish was different would be the clinical ambiance. Sort of feels like eating at Subway, if subway had good food.UPDATED: the staff at Mountain Mikes in GP go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The pizza is the best I’ve had in GP and should be the topic of study by other pizza purveyors in this great city. I maintain my opinion on the ambiance but have grown fond of our table near the entry.
Wasn't impressed with their Buffalo wings it tasted like pre made wfrozen wings that was tossed inside the oven to reheat. And the pizza wasn't as good as i remember either great customer service thou
So we went for the lunch buffet. It was I would say just ok. But I don't put a lot of stock in buffets. What really threw me was, myself and the person I was with felt unusually full after just 2 pieces of pizza. By the time I got home I honestly felt like I had just had Thanksgiving dinner. Kinda makes me wonder what was going into that pizza.
Just a heads up next time you deliver half dome to people.. do not put the chips down in the food Ever again .very Unsanitary It's smashed the food down and looked gross. Also u have no idea how many hands were on that bag of chips so why would u put it on the food. not cool.

Regardless of what anyone might say... this is the best pizza place in Grants Pass. Not only do they have excellent products but if they screw up, they will go above and beyond to make you happy. Treat them with respect when calling about your wrong order and they won't just credit you for the wrong order but also delivery fees. They'll even pay close attention to what your correct order should look like. People make mistakes all the time, orders get mixed up or timing might be off especially on busy days. If you have concerns and address those concerns to employees with respect no matter how upset you might be, Mountain Mike's will treat you like the King or Queen you deserve to be treated as. I'm very impressed with their service, I'm very thankful for such an amazing staff. Don't listen to thise 1 star people cause those people have been mad all day long or their entire life and just wanna blast whoever they can. The GM and all his employees are amazing people that will go out of their way for you as long as you show them respect when you call to complain. They don't mind the complaints and will make your order right in a way that pleases you up to the full value of the wrong order. Just an excellent team. There were some great things and not so great things about my first visit. First I will say, they DO have some REALLY tasty pizza. They absolutely murder their pies with lovely toppings and the crust and sauce were just perfect. Also the place was sparking clean, including the bathrooms, which were also fully stocked. Now as for the service... Look I understand we live in a weed legal state and this isn't the Ritz Carlton, but I honestly don't think I should have to wait LITERALLY OVER AN HOUR for two pizzas and a salad when there was only one whole customer besides me in the place for that entire hour. There were three young and perfectly physically healthy employees on duty and each of them moved as though they were 90 years old and had been freshly resurrected from a week long rave. I had to remind them to put my salad in my order. I also had to ask for the fork to go with it. And then also had to ask for the salad dressing. Which took another almost 4 minutes in total so i could finally walk out the door.
My delivery was late and my pizza was the wrong pizza, onions!!! I didn't care and I decide to eat the pizza. Without a complaint placed, my correct order arrives 15 minutes later hot and fresh with an apology. Well played Mike's.
Mountain Mikes is my go-to pizza place. The pizza is flavorful, hot, fresh ingredients, with ageist that is the right amount of crunchy crust with chewy soft inside. The sauce is delicious and flavorful. Additionally, the employees are upbeat, courteous and very engaging. Overall, a great experience.
Best pizza in Southern Oregon! Fresh made dough daily, fresh slices vegetables, fresh made sauce and then they add something secret I have no idea what...but this pizza is amazing! We have yet to figure out what size to order and not have pizza to eat for days and days LOL. The churros are so tasty, a perfect way to end a meal. We love the lunch buffet, pizza and salad bar. Even the soda fountain is cool!!! I am so grateful Mountain Mike's choose Grants Pass!
