Second time now in the last few weeks I have ordered breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns and I get home and there’s no hashbrowns where’s your Quality Control It pisses me off when I have a sweet sandwich and no salty hashbrowns to go with it plus the expensive for a piece of potato
Waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes, had to go into the restaurant waited another 10 minutes, listening to the manager raise her voice and her employees and customer's, then storm off into the back completely overwhelmed. I gave the other manager my receipt and asked if I could finally get my food. She was able to put my order all together because EVERYTHING was already done and just sitting there, COLD!!! I will probably never go back to that McDonald's!
Worst McDonald's I have ever visited anywhere in the world. 1. Got my drink order wrong. 2. Didn't bring my drink with my order; I had to remind them. 3. No ketchup dispenser, and I had to ask for ketchup. 4. No free refills. The restaurant seems severely understaffed and the existing staff is indifferently trained. On the other hand, it is clean.
They don't know how to count your change back to you. If there is a next time at this location, I will count my change before I move up in line. The manager wasn't any help. He said that they would take my name and if they were over when they close, they would call me to come in and get my right change. I told him that was not moving in line until I got my change. I then got my right change.
wrong orders, stale and cold food and attitude is 75% what I've gotten from this place. I'm NO karen by any means but dang this location makes me want to be one! There are some sweet souls who work here though, so I can't complete ''trash'' it and the food is not bad all the time. I just prefer the location up the road more. Fresher food quality and nicer people.
One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been in and the workers were very nice
People are generally good. But whoever prepares the burgers, they need extra, extra training on how to read the order slips and follow directions. And this post goes to every McDonald's in every state I have been to...48! That is not a good track record. Example....I always get a burger without cheese. And 99% of the time it will have cheese on it. So I take it back and they throw it away. Very poor business. No wonder their prices are outrageous
It's McDonalds....you know the menu and the consistency. If you're still reading this you've been under a rock for half a century. And still they don't serve Scottish food as the name would imply.
They no longer offer just a meat patty for my pup, I have to pay full price for the whole sandwich. I won't be going to be returning to mickey ds for this reason. My dog goes everywhere with me and it's just one more reason for them to over charge you.
never again... for the premium price you pay now 65-100 for breakfast for the family you shouldn't constantly have to make two trips to get your food. a screen tells you west to place in the bags. I don't get it. frustrating to constantly have to go back for forgotten items and get there short handed story. I guess as insulting as It would be sit and check bags before leaving the window. when your more expensive as a reg. restaurant may as well go sit and eat
