friendly, courteous and efficient.
Was there about an hour ago. Ordered a big Mac, fish sandwhich and a fanta. I ended up only receiving the sandwiches and when I went back to ask for the soda, I was rudely waved off by one of the employees(who wasn't wearing gloves) then before I could get anyone else to help me a verbal argument broke out in the back between the staff.
One of the worst experiences of food service that i have ever had. I asked for ketchup and fry sauce when i went through the drive thru but only got fry sauce. So i tried to go inside but the doors were locked so i walked all the way to the window where the cashier was and asked him for some ketchup cuz i just got some food here. The same cashier that took my money gives me the snaughtiest tone and tells me get out of the drive thru you cant be here. So i said i just bought some food here i was wonering if i could get my ketchup that i asked for. Then he yelled at me get out of the drive thru theres no ketchup here, go to the other window. Yet when i went to talk to the manager, there was a kind employee that came over to us and then the guy starts yelling at me again in the drive thru so i got mad and thats when i just drove off and decided i will never eat at McDonald's again. They have the worst training for employees that I've ever seen if they hire people that treat their customers that way.
If I could give this place no stars I would. The workers are completely incompetent. The managers don’t know how to do anything. And the food NEVER comes out the way it’s asked for. I’ve tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt with staffing issues being what they are… however this place is absolutely garbage. Try literally any other location.
Decided to take my boyfriend and kids out to lunch over the weekend. This is my go to McDonald's in town. But our most recent visit was, uhm, less than satisfactory.. We ordered a light ice caramel macchiato, extra caramel among all of our other food. They filled the WHOLE cup with ice, so naturally I went in to ask if they could fix it. Not even mad at the honest mistake. I used to work fastfood myself. But after waiting 10 minutes at the counter, this lady had the audacity to hand me A HALF FULL CUP? she proceeded to tell me that the ice makes up most the drink so she didn't know what else to tell me.Blatantly admitted that you're basically just paying for ice. Tell me you're cheap and ripping people off without telling me your cheap??♀️ I've never had this happen before ANYWHERE.
If you don't know about McDonald's you live under a rock. I'd give em 5 stars cept my fries could have been fresh.
I only went through the drive through but they were friendly, got my order right and the whole experience was smooth.
Hey its Mc Donald's, they have all lanes open moving as fast as they can, if you can get people to come to work in this town your pretty good !! Thank you Mc Donald's people, take pride in yourself the workers keep the world turning
Recently the fries could've had another 15-25 seconds to cook. Very light in color, not quite golden like the brand has consistently served so many times before.Burgers have been on point though. Definitely top 5 Mcds I've eaten at.
For some reason this mcdonalds puts way too much salt on thier quarter ponder with cheese plz fix it and I'll change my review I work close by and eat here alot
